  • Amazing end game monitor
Style: 28" UHD | 144Hz | IPS | Flat | Height &a...
Forget about that 1440p Oled monitor. The technology for Oled monitors is not quite here yet. Instead, this IPS is almost the perfect end-game monitor as of 2023. Pros: -Impressive blacks for an IPS, considerably better than a conventional office monitor -Very bright -4k resolution, 144fps -Great build quality -Very glossy and clear finish -Easy to maneuver monitor settings Cons: -Color is not as impressive as my AMOLED laptop. This is expected for an IPS panel. -HDR is not worth using ... show more

  • Gaming teens love it
Style: 28" UHD | 144Hz | IPS | Flat | Height &a...
I purchased this for my high school son for Christmas. He and his brother (another gamer) love the monitor. It was crazy easy to assemble and very sturdy. You connect the monitor to the stand with a screw that has an attached piece that acts as a built in screwdriver. I loved not needing to find tools of my own to put this together. The graphics are incredible-very clear and crisp. The refresh rate is a lot higher than regular tv screens, which improves the gaming experience. ... show more

  • An astounding upgrade
Style: 27" UHD | 160Hz | IPS | Flat | Height &a...
Coming from an older Lenovo productivity monitor at 1440p to this has been amazing. I did not expect the clarity in every day tasks to be so obvious, but the 4k resolution is perfection. The pixel density is insane, and though I'd probably consider a 32" mounted to an arm for my next upgrade, this 27" fits on my desk nicely ATM. No dead pixels, and the IPS bleed was quite good. The OSD is good, and offers most of the settings you'd expect at this level. I'm running it at 120Hz and using Picture Quality in the settings, and it looks great. Overall, I'm very pleased at what we can obtain from a monitor these days given the low entry price of less than 500 USD. ... show more

  • Awesome monitor
Style: 28" UHD | 144Hz | IPS | Flat | Height &a...
Love this monitor. I saw that folks had an issue with the brightness but I didn't encounter that at all. The blacks on this monitor are actually BLACK so it might be a little jarring for people that are used to a washed out screen and confuse that for brightness. I'm buying a second one as we speak to replace my second LG monitor. ... show more

  • Buggy, slow, and burn-in
Style: 28" UHD | 144Hz | IPS | Flat | Height &a...
Garbage monitor. I bought this exclusively for the KVM switch feature, and switching between computers to display is very often a grueling process that takes a ton of trial and error. You may as well manually swap every display cable and USB peripheral between computers instead of using the switch, it is that bad. EDIT: I'm coming back to this review because I cannot underemphasize how much I hate this monitor. It just straight up does not work sometimes, it is absolutely infuriating. Gigabyte is the Boeing of tech companies. ... show more

I use it as a monitor for Xbox series X. It works well and looks good. It gets all the green check marks for the series X when you run the display settings test except one.

  • For the price at the time, not bad
Style: 28" UHD | 144Hz | IPS | Flat | Height &a...
Pretty good value at the time. Seeing as how everything is now like clothing and changes yearly, what else can you expect. Performs well, no tearing or stuttering, pictures looks good lacking a bit of sharpness even after tweaking. Have some glow in the upper left corner that’s pretty noticeable on dark scenes but that’s the nature of the beast. The biggest problem is registering the product. The manufacturer asks for a code that’s supposed to be on the box but isn’t (I’ve read several reports of this). Just hoping if I ever need warranty service there isn’t a problem. ... show more

  • Took a chance on Used - Acceptable Condition
Style: 28" UHD | 144Hz | IPS | Flat | Height &a...
And I got a brand new monitor, no dents, dings, scratches, dead pixels, or sus icky sticky stuff on it. Bezels still wrapped in plastic, OEM box with hardly any use, all cables and manuals included. Was it all perfect, yes and no. Out of the box the monitor kept flashing to a black screen every 5-10 seconds. Changed the DP cable to a spare 1.4 I had, and voila, no more issues, 4k @ full 144hz. The previous owner didn't bother to change cables and thought the monitor was defective. For $355, you can't beat this!!! ... show more
