I do speech therapy with toddlers, and they all love it. I have found so many ways to encourage imaginative play and following directions. I have had the toys for three months, and amazingly none of them have broken even with all the rough play. Multiple parents have told me that this activity has helped their children overcome their fear of haircuts. The only downside is that the cape is a little small. It fits toddlers but might not fit an older child.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: After writing my original review about some of the pieces breaking easily, the seller immediately reached out to be to adress my concerns and offered a full refund. I am extremely impressed by the customer service experience and would definitely order from this company again in the future. Although I had some issues with the product I ordered, the customer service made up for it. I will also add, that I have toddler boys and that may have some impact on the durability of the toy (they don't have a gentle touch). Both of my boys love pretending with this toy, despite the pieces that became disassembled/broken. If your child has a gentle touch, you may not have any issues at all. Original review: This was cute in theory. But many of the pieces broke within an hour of play. Very poor quality for price. Not durable enough.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it! It’s your basic play set but the blowdryer does make noise and she likes how you can “cut” with the pretend scissors. She uses it to do her dolls hair and ours. Good value for the price.
