I bought these for my autographs I got done at galaxycon and I thought since I just picked a different size it wouldn't be different, but I was wrong! the inside was plastic not glass and it was so thin, it could easily bend my autograph inside the frame, it was cheap made and I measured my art print before buying and it didn't even fit!?!? even taking out of the border which I liked about the frames. This was a tricky size to display. So was very happy not to overspend on the frames but still have a beautiful look. I did spray paint the Matt’s to a black to give the museum like looks for display. It for comic book page art work. I’ve had them for some time not and love to look at it. I like to change out the are for time to time and have had no problems. Even had a little pull the frame off and damaged it but I honestly just super glue it back. The clear plastic didn’t break which again is a plus. Clean with household products. ... show more

    • Affordable, not fancy. Attractive.

The frames are nice. They feel reasonably sturdy and are sufficiently attractive. If you need an affordable frame to get a photo or small piece of art mounted, these work great. The one tip I have is to put a piece of card stock behind your art. The frame uses pretty powerful springs to hold the backing in place. It also uses metal brads that, unfortunately, are not covered by the matted portion of the frame. So, I could see the round tip of the metal brad pushing on the back of my art. It caused my photos to dimple and damaged them a little. To prevent this, use a piece of card stock between your art/photo and the backing board. Nonetheless, these are a good value. ... show more
