The suction cup sticks perfectly well, the material is just the right mix of sturdiness and snakiness, I would say "large" size is appropriately named, etc. The only thing that should be noted is that, because the tip is shaped as it is, it may be a little bit difficult to initially get in, but it's barely even a problem with liberally-applied lube. I'd personally prefer a different shape in that regard, but if you want an elephant trunk, they've definitely done the best they could with it.
