This mat is just what I was looking for. It is the perfect length and width. Most importantly it is thick, firm, sturdy, very well made, comfortable and affordable. I recently sustained a bad tailbone and lower back injury and am going to physical therapy for my injuries. I purchased this mat to do my PT exercises at home and it does the job beautifully. We have tile floors and all I had were two thin yoga mats which weren't cutting it on the tile floor. I looked for a mat like this in the stores and couldn't find one, hence Amazon to the rescue. Was tired of the money shelled out for dog beds so decided to go this route, glad I did. Material is nice a thick and I feel it will hold up for months to come. I covered this with a nice plush cover and my dogs love it. I will sometimes see them fluffing the cover to get comfortable and in the past they have torn up beds in the process but so far with this I have not seen any holes or tears, very happy with the product. ... show more

Got this for my daughter to practice gymnastics tumbling. She's 6. Stars for the quick shipping, super affordable price point, I like the velcrow and handle built in for quick fold up and carrying. Only downside is my daughter complained of how hard it was. It is pretty hard so when she lands it hurts. Yes better than the floor or grass/ground. She said it did get a little softer with use. I noticed the areas she mostly uses are sinking in a little more / bowing. Might be because it's not on a flat surface. But overall it serves its purpose and fits its price tag. ... show more

I ordered a different mat with handprints and footprints for cartwheels. It didn't fold easily (didn't have a seam down the middle so the mat would wear out if we folded and unfolded it much). This mat is much higher quality and has a seam down the middle, as well as velcro and handles on the back. We love this mat! I'd definitely buy it again. ... show more

    • Perfect for small places, but you get what you pay for.

I like how these fold up and connect to each other. They aren't super expensive, so the quality isn't the best. I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and it's not the best mat for grappling and sliding around. The mats are kind of sticky. They do the trick for now, but I'll need to invest in something more high quality later. ... show more
