The truck cover for my 1998 Dodge Ram Quad cab arrived as promised and fit the truck very well. I use these covers to protect the paint job and leather interior from the sun and heat - due to limited garage space, this truck has to sit out in the weather and covers like this have really maintained the condition of my paint. The three straps hold the cover in place even during windy conditions and the silver-colored exterior seems to reflect the heat very well. I was skeptical at first bc of the price but it so easy to put on and fits my JKU perfectly. The straps are really easy to adjust, which I am thankful for during some of the crazy storms we’ve had. TIP: after you get it in the first time, LABEL the front, back and mirrors to save yourself some time the next time you have to put it on. My wrangler has been naked all summer thanks to this cover. Just remember to push the water off the top before you take the cover off completely!

Sometimes we have to use the space in our garage for projects or other important reasons. Normally, this is for no more than a week. However, birds, tress, weather, sun and dust can do a lot of damage in a week, so we decided to get a cover and have to live with the inconvenience of having to cover truck up during this time. I want to start this, with a negative about the sellers webpage on Amazon. This cover has 2 options - a1 & a2. They give no logical reason for these different options. It could be important? Or, it may just be a color choice? Who knows? And that is my point. I tossed a coin in my head and just chose a1 and hoped that it was the right decision. The cover came very quickly and was vacuum packed to save packing space! Very smart! When unpacked, it feels both flexible and yet sturdy. Slightly stretchy but you get the impression that it will not tear. It is certainly not a thin material that you sometimes see on parked cars covered in shredded thin covers! So as far as meterial quality goes, in my own opinion it feels like it is decent quality. I also liked especially that this cover was silver to reflect the heat. Most covers we looked at, were black of all things - which just attracts heat to your vehicle! The interior of the cover has a nice soft lint lining to keep the cover from rubbing and wearing the paint, when those winds get up. Other really nice features about this cover are as follows: - Drivers door access, just in case you need to access your vehicle for any reason, while parked. - 6 x Refective patches to reveal the parked vehicle at night to other road users. Supplied. - Well stitched elasticated hems, to keep those edges tucked under your vehicle and out of the way. - 3 x Straps to securely fasten down the cover against the wind. - Scratch-proof from the exterior. We are not going to put that to the test! LOL! - Comes with its own carry sack. The not so good - This cover does not appear to have mirror pockets. So you may want to fold in your mirrors while parked. - The price is a little higher than some we have seen. So keep an eye out for those sale prices and coupons. Summary The most outstand apsect of this cover is its tough, flexible, silver material. Otherwise this is a car cover, much like any other quality car cover. This cover should last a few years of occasional use and do the job really well.
