First off, the seller got right back to me. So it was very good communication from the seller for the issue at hand. Unfortunately, the fit of this helmet is just strange. It’s like no coverage of the head but very wide gaps. I went with my correct size after measuring my head and there were still gaps in the back and sides. Supper light weight, and fits great. I have a large head (size 8) and most helmets look ridiculous on me, this one doesn't make my head look like a black beach ball, hahaha. It's comfortable for all day riding. Throw the chin piece away It's useless, but again it's what I expected.

The helment I purchased was of great quality and price. I did order the wrong size however the company exchanged it for me. Customer service is great. There concern is making sure you are satisfied. I would rate them a 10. And I highly recommend there company and there product.
