These skates are okay for the price, but I'd recommend getting something a bit pricier if you plan on skating more than a couple of times. I've had a good experience with them, thought they were great, but when I tried my friend's skates I realized how immobile these really felt. I went flying in hers. These really don't pick up much speed, so they're probably good for learning. First time I ordered these the wrong type came, they had light up wheels and were the wrong size.
