Real person here. Not a bot review. I read several negative reviews about fit before buying and I can say that none of those after my experience. I have a high, fallen arch and find many shoes tight across the top or lacking any support, especially in slippers. Reviews mentioned the tightness but I tried them anyway. They are very comfortable and are not tight across the top of my foot. They don't slip around but are not tight enough to hurt. The insole is cushioned but not overly like memory foam so you get support and cushion without feeling like your foot is flat on the outsole. I try not to wear them outside but they are so comfortable, I sometimes forget I'm wearing slippers instead of regular shoes. I love the thick sole on them for those times I forget and walk outside to the gravel drive. The outsole is heavy duty enough and has good tread that they could easily be worn outside without much concern. ... show more

These are very comfortable, warm, and true to size. For once, slippers that stay on your feet! I am pleased with the look and feel. They are pretty, too. The solid sole grips well, but doesn't stick to the ground like others that can cause you to trip. The back is just high enough to hold them on and doesn't rub your foot or cause blisters. I have worn these faux-Ugg mules for a couple of months now and find them to be very cozy and comfortable to wear. They do keep your feet warm! I have not had any issues keeping them clean, but I think they should be Scotch-guarded especially if worn in the rain which I have not done. I liked them enough to buy them in a second color (light tan) and like those too. I have always worn Uggs and loved them, but these are a good inexpensive option if you want this look. The Ugg mules I’ve bought the last two years all have platform heels. I couldn’t find Uggs I wanted that did not have the super high platforms. I bought these for my bestfriend as a Christmas gift. They were snug when she first got them, but soon after wearing them a few times the fur did kinda squish down. She said they are true to size, I ordered her a 1/2 size bigger only because she wanted them to be a little loose on her feet. The color is exactly as described, they are made really well and the bottom of the shoe is very sturdy. There’s no way anyone would know these weren’t the name brand. They didn’t smell weird when opening, and the suede part and the fur lining aren’t super thick that makes the shoe too tight on the foot. 10/10 would buy again! (I am going to get her a water repellent spray for these so she can keep them looking good if she wears them out in the weather) ... show more
