I was hesitant to buy the door sill trim after reading the Honda installation instructions, but a very useful and informative YouTube video changed my mind. The door trim arrived in Honda OEM packaging, matches the interior plastic surfaces perfectly and appears to be well made. I took my time, following the aforementioned YouTube video instructions to a tee. The installation is easy, but you want to make sure you get it right because there are no second chances. Somehow a similar review of another Honda accessory (after market) ended up here. It must have been my mistake so I must make this right. This genuine Honda accessory matches the quality of all Honda products. Beautifully finished with well placed adhesive strips and a perfect fit. Took about 30 minutes to read the installation instructions and prepare the surfaces for the adhesive. Do not skip these first two steps or the installation will fail. I marked their placement using masking tape to mark the four corners. From there it's peel and stick. I apologize to Honda for my error. ... show more

This is a great addition to protect the door sill and gives great look to the car. This has to be a standard equipment for every Accord. You don’t need to remove plastic parts and seals from the car , there are useful videos on YouTube. I highly recommend this to all Accord owners. It comes with a original Honda box. ... show more

    • Easy (but not inexpensive) way to protect your door sills from weather and grit.
If you look on line for installation instructions, you need not remove any trim whatsoever to install these. The trim removal is necessary for the illuminated versions only. These non-illuminated ones just stick on as is. You may want to look at those other instructions just to see where the stainless portions line up along the interior trim, for aesthetic reasons. ... show more

Simple install adds nice style to your accord. I had the cheap ones and got all scratched up and rusted. Stick with Genuine Honda Parts.
