Doing the job very well! Bought this last October and it’s been running great. Currently have no power for 4 days now from the crazy storms that came through Indiana. We’re able to keep our fridge and freezer on along with our wifi and security cameras, and the tv to keep from boredom. It recommends to do an oil change after the first 30 hours or so of use but I let it go a little longer due to needing it right away, but managed to get it done during a cooldown period. Really great generator. Easy assembly, easy start. Used once after owning for several months and it ran great. Its not terribly loud compared to other brands. Would highly recommend.

    • Piece of junk and waste of money
Horrible. I would give it 0 stars if possible. Shuts off after 30 minutes. We have tried for 1 year to get it to run properly. Spent copious amounts of money getting advice from Generac company, electricians, wiring - you name it. No one can help. We lived off grid for 46 years so we are not new to generators. DO NOT PURCHASE from Amazon as they cannot even give seller info. ... show more

Arrived in good shape, installed the feet wheels and handle, and carefully moved it to the back yard. I put in some fresh gas connected the battery and was able to start it immediately. After it warmed up I put it under some load and it handled it without any hesitation. My last generator was 5500W so I'm hoping this one isn't pulled down from varying loads during a power outage like the old one. ... show more

WARNING!! It's very important you ask about shipping prior to buying this generator. They ship via Semi-Truck and if you live where a semi cannot maneuver it makes it impossible for delivery. I have not used the generator yet so I cannot leave feedback on it's use. The instructions for assembling the wheels and handle are printed in such small print I had to use a magnifying glass. ... show more
