I wanted to update 6 years later and still in great shape . Was a great purchase for the money I just wanted to do an accurate review . For the money it's great . Easy to put up and the blowers are quiet and with a decent set of speakers or (1) powered pa speaker 400 watts that's what I use , you don't hear the blowers at all . The wrinkles most of them you don't even see when the movie Is playing and this was on a chilly day and only up about an hour before playing a movie. If you have used Christmas and Halloween blow ups it's the same quality , and with a little patience last a bunch of years as mine have. Now I do recommend getting a plastic storage tub instead of trying to put it back in that bag . This is so its easier on the blowup plus it's quicker to put it away and better for protected storage . My first time putting it up took about 20 minutes including staking it down . It took about 25 to take down letting it deflate on its own . I am not going to use the zippers to deflate it , no reason and it's just a good place for a leak to develop. I really don't have a single complaint about it for only $159.00 it's a lot of cheap fun and it's a great picture . I have a 2200 lumimun Mitsubishi projector , and using (1) 400 watt powered pa speaker ( eBay cheapie) , running through my lap top and it looks , works and sounds great..... And by the way I am very picky person so my review is honest and accurate and for the money I couldn't be more pleased . If something changes I'll let you know .... Get one and have some summer fun with a movie under the stars...

Style: Outdoor Inflatable Deluxe Movie Screen
This product is really nice. I am very impressed, so far, even though I've only used it once. We'll have to see how it holds up over time. Even though it comes with some instructions, it still seemed a bit daunting when I was taking everything out of the bag. I had watched some YouTube videos on how others set up and inflated theirs, prior to receiving it in the mail, so that gave me confidence going into setting up mine. It ended up being very simple. I did get frustrated for about 10-15 minutes, as I didn't notice that one of the two fans wasn't working. It had come unplugged and I didn't realize it so I could not get the screen to stay upright. As soon as I begin inspecting everything, I noticed the unplugged fan and re-attached the power cords. I ended up duct taping them together so that it wouldn't come unplugged again. The cord I am referring to is the one that is inside of the inflatable fabric, running across the inside bottom of the screen. As soon as I got it plugged back in, the screen was very easy to stand back up. I had also used the tie-down cords that come with the product to attach the screen to the ground, but I really don't think they were even necessary, since there was no wind that night. I read about others experience with the wrinkled screen and didn't even notice it once the movie began. Yes, I could see some wrinkles during the movie but they were not distracting at all. This is an outdoor inflatable movie screen so it's not going to be 100% perfect. Although, this screen does come very close. I highly recommend this screen to anyone who wants to enjoy outdoor movies. One last thing. I also saw a lot of comments on how difficult this was to replace inside the duffle bag that comes with it. I was able to get everything back in without an issue. I first folded up the white movie screen part, being sure to fold it up the same way it came folded. I placed that in the bad first on the bottom of the duffle bag. Next, I added both fans in and placed one on each side of the bag. After that I began stuffing the rest of the inflatable screen in the bag, much like stuffing a sleeping bag into it's bag. Don't worry about this getting wrinkled as it doesn't matter. One other thing that helped during this process was to unzip the zippers around the fans so air could escape. This was very easy for me. Hopefully, this helps others get theirs figured out.

I recently purchased a digital projector and was looking for a decent outdoor screen for outdoor movie nights. I ordered this screen, but was a bit skeptical because some reviewers gave it only moderate ratings. My screen arrived and I was inside while my friend set it up. When I walked outside my jaw dropped. I felt like a kid in a candy store. This thing is HUGE!! And it is super awesome! I had about 20 people over and everyone was laughing because it was just so huge. Everyone said they were going to skip the drive-in from now on and come on over to my place. We have had several movie nights and have never had a problem with this screen. Everyone gets excited when it inflates because it's just monstrous. What a great tool for outdoor fun in the summer! What I like: Quick to inflate and the motor is quiet enough that it doesn't interfere with the audio of the film. Super large...it's as big as my garage. The screen is wrinkle free because it has numerous clasps holding it tightly on the inflatable frame. What I don't like: Nothing...this is an excellent screen, especially for the money! :-)

My seven year old son has a flatulence problem and has constant snot fangs from March through June due to allergies. Had you guessed he is the most popular kid in the neighborhood? It's all because of this movie screen. He literally has to fight off the ladies with his plastic double bladed lightsaber we made at Disney after he single handedly defeated Darth Vader at the Jedi training Academy when he was five. The hardest part about setting this up is keeping the younger kids from jumping on it like a bounce house. Those savage little jackals drool at the thought of jumping on this 11 foot tall behemoth, while watching Frozen and singing that damned Let it Go song. I trained the birds in the neighborhood to peck any children in their ear holes if they get near the screen. The little buggers started wearing their bike helmets over. Now I need to train some rabid hornets to guard this. Seriously, this is super easy to set up. Make sure the openings are fully zipped up around the fans. This bad boy is pretty light weight, so it is not something to put up on a windy day. Folding it back up to fit in the bag is a challenge, but I cannot fold up bottom sheets on my bed either. The screen, when shipped, is folded up. So expect some creases until you get enough use to smooth it out. Overall, picture looks great on the screen. It's much larger than I thought it would be. Kinda like my wife's ass after we got married. The only other problem I had is when I folded it up, I tore the stitching on one of the seams. Totally my fault, but was easily patched with some tear mender glue and a needle and thread. You'll love this for backyard movies. Your kids will have more bitches in your backyard than Michael Vick dogfights.

Style: Outdoor Inflatable Deluxe Movie Screen
After researching different screens that are inflatable, I decided on this one because it would raise the screen higher off the ground for better viewing. I really didn't know what to expect since many reviews were mixed. Got the screen in this morning and opened it up. Fortunately we have really tall ceilings in my office and I was able to blow it up before I took it home to use tonight for a movie night for my 6 year old son and I. Everything looked good and the size was impressive. Got home and set it all up, in the past I have used aluminum frame screens in the backyard which can be a pain when you're by yourself. This screen was easy to setup and came with everything to tie it down with. Got everything setup and going in a matter of 20mins. That's including the projector, laptop and pa speaker. Take down was a breeze too. I did need to let the screen dry off in the house after deflating it. We live in Hawaii and it's extremely humid and lots of condensation built up on the screen and the inflatable body of the frame. Few things to note. The screen wrinkles were not noticeable once the screen was clipped on. Staking the screen is a must. I put the screen on after inflating the frame lying on its back. The fans may seem loud when setting it up but once the sound system is running I couldn't hear them. I'm glad I got this screen instead of the other Gemmy ones since the screen sits higher off the ground. The viewing angle for a bigger audience will be better. No complaints at all. I did toss the carry bag for a Rubbermaid Action Packer instead. Just seemed easier to pack up and store then trying to stuff everything back in the bag it came with.

5 star review! 100% recommend this product to anyone looking for an outdoor movie screen! The build quality is flawless...the screen is perfect, the buckles and straps and stakes and nylon tie downs are better than I have ever seen before. The fans that blow the screen up literally take less than a couple of minutes to stand the screen up and it's just amazing. The fans have no problem maintaining the screen and they stay cool. The fabric that makes the base of the screen has been put through the ringer, I thought for sure we ripped it several times, and NO, it's super strong. I highly recommend using the tie downs exactly how the instructions recommend. They keep the screen steady if the wind is blowing. For those who say the screen wrinkles, of course it does somewhat if you keep the screen folded, however, once you start watching the movie, you really don't notice the folds much at all....if you want no wrinkles, you will need to keep the screen unfolded...but you really won't mind like I said once you start watching the movie, it's barely noticeable. The base comes with a very sturdy bag to store it in while not using it...great material and very durable. This was a birthday present for our kids for outdoor movies, and I cannot recommend it enough!

This is a great buy for a portable screen. I've use it numerous times and it is easy to set up and take down. Cons: The screen has wrinkles in it and unless you hang the screen up at home in the garage, I guess it will always have wrinkles? They are minor though I notice them but the kids don't. This is a problem with any folded screen and I purchased it because the screen does fold. The only thing I could say is this, if you have the extra cash, you may want a rear projection screen and a metal frame for more setup options. They cost more but you can put the projector behind the screen if you have lots of room there to keep kids and parents away from all the cords. You also will not hear the fan blowing even though once the movie starts you never notice it again. I would buy this screen again because it is not expensive, easy to set up and for family fun it is just great.

This screen will probably last for a number of years but there are some significant drawbacks to it. CRAFTSMANSHIP It's actually well made but if you're thinking this screen is similar to the ones you might find at a hotel or a Disney resort on movie night you'd be correct only in that the basic design and appearance is the same. The materials used to make this screen (think parachute fabric) are not on par with those used for those big inflatable screens at resorts or those inflatable bouncy gyms and slides you can rent for parties. As a result it's very light which leads to the next issue... WIND This thing can't handle wind. One good gust and it's swaying like crazy and because of the fabric used there's very little weight to keep it in place. There are tethers and it can be anchored to the ground but the wind will ultimately win out. So, if it's a breezy day movie night isn't going to happen. It's not a bad screen but wind and location will factor in to just how much use you will be able to get out of it.
