I thought these were super cute and got one for my sister and my daughter. After I saw that the little diamond dust sparkled and flowed, I wanted one too! It was very cute on New Years eve. It would also be nice for an "over the hill" type gift. It isn't limited to those times though, but I wanted to post so you wouldn't forget to wear yours on New Years! It is small, you can see by the product photo that it is under and inch tall, but I think if it were bigger it would look weird and bulky. And I even like big jewelry.
