I drink these as a substitute to caffeine, one a day. Its the perfect amount, perfect size, for what it is. They do make bigger ones however whilst it would also work, it also wont let me drink another one, but with the smaller ones I can drink 2-3 a day if I so chose. The value for money isn't bad at all, and compared to the big ones it is quite easy to take with you on the go. ... show more

I always get this one flavor and the other blue flavor mixed up. This flavor is the good one-in my opinion. it has a bit of a sweet taste, but not like the red one. This one is way more quenching, and it doesn't taste like you're drinking a bottle of sugar water. it was really good, easy to open, and effective at providing dry mouths with an abundance of liquid. 12oz seems like it wouldn't be enough, but it's the perfect middle ground, bc you're not left still thirsty, but can still finish it. not sure what the calorie count or health benefits or sugar content is/are. don't really pay attention, but prolly should. I just bought them bc they were on sale, and made my life a little easier by saving me a trip to the store for game day snacks. ... show more
