I'm a Dr Pepper and water drinker normally. But I also work outside, year round with horses every day. Dr Pepper and water aren't enough to prevent dehydration in the West Texas deserts. So I supplement with Gatorade twice a day regardless of the weather. Most of the flavors are too strong for me, but the fruit punch is fine. Everyone loves gatorade! It is the go to drink for the family when going out and about or to any sport event. Take it to the gym or sports practice or when out in the yard. Flavors are good. The delivery was actually fine just make sure you allow more door clearance especially with a heavy package not to break the door so if the door opening is a little bit on the left put the package war on the right so there is clearance to open the door and thank you so very much I really appreciate everything Delicious flavor also recommended for my medical condition and I do drink quite a bit of Gatorade for that supplementation thank you so much ... show more

I live in the HOT south! I always keep Gatorade on hand, both the bottles and powder to mix my own. The flavor I prefer is the original lemon-lime and buy it by the case! After a strenuous day outside in the heat or if you've had stomach issues it's a great way to rehydrate your body!
