    • Good fit for 2005 Jeep TJ
It fit and works, but will not know the quality until it goes a few years. Those who have problems with the Idler pulley, you will have to ditch the OEM Dust Cover (giant washer type thing) as the instructions state the new Idler Pulley does not need a dust cover. I like the idea of one person just replacing the bearing in the old pulley with the bearing in the new pulley. If this does not last I will definitely spring the extra for OEM Mopar stuff. As of now.. we are good to go. ... show more

    • Parts fit my Jeep TJ, idler is annoying
Parts worked great and fit my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ/LJ, but the idler pulley is a slightly different style hub that did not allow me to use the dust cover washer from the old pulley. I had to stack another washer and a fender washer from the parts bin to cover the exposed bearing. I offroad and get my engine dirty a lot, so I pressure wash my engine bay frequently and exposed bearings are a no-no. Other than that annoying bit, the parts for well, seem to be of nice quality, and the belt feels great. ... show more

Easy to install, didn't need to use one of the parts (it's there so that the kit can be used on other models). Now my TJ engine sounds like new, no more noisy idler and tensioner bearings.

    • Nice and quiet now
I installed this complete set on my 05 Jeep LJ. Only took 15 minutes. The old idler pulley and tensioner pulley were pretty much shot and the old belt was badly cracking. So now the Jeep runs much quieter.

Kit worked....kinda....2003 Jeep TJ w/4.0L. Idler bushing did not fit existing idler pulley stud and washer. Had to buy a new washer to fit the new pulley. Also, the belt did not fit at all. Had to purchase a new belt. But hey, the belt tensioner work without any issues. I would not recommend this kit for a 2003 Jeep Wrangler with the 4 liter engine. to a good deal when over half of the parts do not fit. ... show more
