  • 2015 Polaris Ranger 900xp
I been running the gates “c” belt since my buggy was new. The belts always preformed very well, especially for the first several hundred miles. But I always noticed when they got several hundred miles they would start being a little jerky on takeoff. So I decided to give the redline belt a try since it was newer technology than the carbon belt. I have been running the belt now for about 6 months, I have been pleased with the performance so far. The belt preformance is a lot smoother engaging than the “c” belt was. As far as lasting I really can’t say yet, but I do know it has several hundred miles and engagement is still like it was when new. ... show more

  • Can't go wrong with Gates
This is working good for my 2013 Ranger 900xp. It is engages much smoother now and should hopefully last a long time. I have had good luck with Gates Belts in the past so I figured I'd try on on the Polaris, and it is made it the USA. Don't forget to do the recommended break-in procedure.

  • Bad belt, terrible company, no customer service.
First off, the belt was longer than the stock Polaris belt. Secondly, as soon as I installed it and went through the break-in procedure, as shown on Gates's website, the belt just continued to squeal. I should have bit the bullet and just gone OEM. Update: It's been a year now, and the belt still squeals at all speeds. It drives me crazy. Customer service is terrible at Gates. I called and emailed with no response. Stay away. ... show more
