I love the look of the product, and it goes well with the other pieces in the collection. The little screw to tighten the holder in place is too short to actually work properly. Unless I find a way to glue it to the wall ( which isn’t happening), it won’t be to my satisfaction. I would return it, but made the mistake of throwing out the box. ... show more

I bought all my bathroom accessories in this Elevate design and they are excellent. The look is beautiful and appears expensive, but the price is not! (mine are the satin nickel finish) Once I received the first couple of pieces, I have gone back 2-3 times to purchase more. This TP holder is great. It is very sturdy, and the metal is so smooth. I’ve never had a holder that is open on one side and I was worried about how it would work. It’s perfect! The little notch on the end keeps the roll secure. Holds even a fat TP roll with ease. These toilet paper holders are just what I was looking for! Cute and seems sturdy. It would be nice if it was slightly farther away from the wall (~1/2”) so that a Costco size roll does not rub, but not a big deal for me.

The springs in the rod are waaaay too long. I cut about 5 coils off the spring using bolt cutters and the plunger rod is now a more reasonable length (but still super long). Otherwise I like the look, install did require a level and was tricky to align.

We had to replace another brand toilet paper holder that never worked properly. We were concerned about measurements and it fitting in the same holes as previous "standard" size holder. Since the install was on a tile wall it was a concern. This item worked like a charm. Easy install. Came with all needed pieces to put into the wall solidly.
