Bought these for kayaking in the fall and winter. Use with sandals, work great, waterproof and in cool/cold water the sock keeps the feet warm even though socks were wet. Don't need expensive neoprene shoes or boots. Thanks

First off, yes they are waterproof. Like 100% waterproof. No water coming in or out. See the problem? you have to run them through the washing machine twice to clean them. So that's a negative. The other negative is that they sound like a plastic bag when you walk. It's very quiet but if you are walking with a group it can sound kinda odd. They fit perfectly for me, but I think someone with smaller feet would find it rather difficult to fit comfortably in these as they do not have any elastic on the arch at all. (My shoe size is 9M)

We spend the majority of our time outside and my husband is an avid fisherman so much of that time is on the water. I stumbled across these on accident & thought how useful these would be for all the outdoors activities we do. I can say it was a happy accident and these waterproof socks have proven their worth and so stay dry! The fabric feels a bit different on the outside which o expected & glad they live up to their word. I can't speak to their longevity and Ivw ensured to air dry them just in case. But, at the present these work well & planning on getting another pair for our son in law who does a lot of hunting. Happy with this product

These are awesome! If you've never tried waterproof socks, you're missing out! I especially like these for morning outdoor sports. I play disc golf and traditional golf, and often times in the morning the grass is wet and it seeps right through my shoes and into my socks, turning them wet. It's the worst. These are easy to put on. Even wearing these thick socks, I can still fit in my normal shoes just fine. They do a wonderful job of keeping out the water. You can even walk through standing water and it won't penetrate the sock. And then you can just wash them in your washing machine with normal laundry. Definitely would recommend these!

These are good waterproof socks. I use them in kayaking and canoeing. They keep my feet warm and dry when getting in and out of the boats in the shallow water. Of course the socks do not remain waterproof if water goes up over the tops, but they still provide good insulation even when they're wet. I'm pleased to have these socks; they're a good piece of paddling kit.

I got these socks for when I have to work a shift outside in the rain. They are incredible! I have other precautions, but if I DO get moisture in my socks, I won't have to worry about my feet getting cold, or even freezing when I go skiing. That will be the real and true test for me. I will update my review in a couple months after I have had more opportunities to test them out for real! I got Medium, and I wear a size 8-8.5 shoe, and they fit great. They don’t go on the easiest, but once they are on, they feel incredible! So far, from what I have seen of them, I would absolutely Recommend them. Especially for anyone that works in the elements daily. These are EXTREMELY well made and durable!! These will last a VERY long time to come!!

This is my third pair of waterproof socks and I absolutely love them. My niece found them fascinating, astounded that my feet were truly dry. I first discovered waterproof socks after a major outdoor retailer salesperson recommended them to me. I've thought I needed a new pair of waterproof hiking boots for my Iceland trip, but he recommended waterproof socks instead as they are more effective at keeping your feet dry as long as you don't go up above the top. I use these at the lake this weekend, where it was a cool fall day. These are milder conditions then I would be ordinarily wearing them, but I wanted to test them out. They are great for circumstances where the weather is water is cold such as shelling at the beach or if you want to keep your lower legs warm and/or clean from muck in the water, or when crossing rivers. These are somewhat shaped (one of my other pairs is straight like tube socks) and fit well; the tickets is now like hiking socks and everyday socks. They have a soft, comfortable lining. I never really felt like my for must be wet, which is a sensation I've experienced a few times with my other waterproof socks, even though they remain perfectly dry! I think that is due to the lining. The cuff at the top holds the socks in place, they didn't slide down As long as I don't expose them to an excessive number of rough, abrasive surfaces, I expect they'll last a long time. Very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of these socks
