I used this to connect my PowerPod v3 to the underside of the OE mount that came with my Garmin Edge 530. In my previous setup, with a Lezyne MegaC on an 'out front' Lezyne mount, removing the PowerPod for any reason required unscrewing the GoPro screw, which is a pain the butt. But with this mount, removal of the PowerPod (to bring it inside for charging or connecting to my laptop for configuration changes) is super simple with the quarter-turn lock mechanism. Good mount. Makes it way easier to take off my Varia headlight off my bike. I also replaced the Garmin mount with the one that does not have the bulbous underbelly that originally comes with the Varia headlight. This makes for a much more clean and neat cockpit.

As the other review mentioned, these wear out and become loose, wobbly and noisy. I tend to get about 5k miles on them before it becomes unbearable.

Already been through two of these. They eventually wear out and will no longer securely hold the accessory. (headlight in my case, which keeps flying off. This happens on two different Garmin mounts, the flush and standard.) Yes, they are 10 bucks on Garmin's site with free shipping, but you have to wait 1-3 days for it to ship. Paying 5 bucks more to get over the weekend was worth it to me. ... show more

Excellent accessory for the Garmin Flush Out-Front mount, but why does it cost over 3x the price from Garmin direct? When purchasing from Garmin or Dealer websites, this is less than 10 dollars US.
