Worked well, staying put over some really rough terrain. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that the GPS unit gets pretty hot in this black case when the sun hits it. It got so hot that the GPS unit had to shut down multiple times over the course of a day (90-100 degrees outside the truck at the time). Maybe a lighter color (even white) would alleviate this problem. ... show more

Got this at the same time as a Garmin GLO 2 for a week long overland trip, and it performed superbly. Chunked it up on the dash, and it didn't budge through all of the off-road bumps. This is a simple GPS Receiver and it works Very Well, and Hold the Signal and lasts a long time on the battery, but how long I cannot say so far. Very good price, in comparison, and the flex pad makes it stick well to glare shield of aircraft. Very Pleased.
