This comes beautifully packed, perfect for gift presentation. The tools are wrapped individually and the surfaces protected by a removable blue film. The tote is attractive and feels durable, strong stitching and rugged material, with lots of room for produce or gardening equipment. The tools are a good, practical size, lightweight but sturdy, and the stainless steel should ensure a long life. There's a good, useful variety too, including a stout set of pruning shears. The gloves are thin enough for good flexibility but thick enough for protection. The mat is a good size for small jobs, but I'm more likely to use it for protecting my knees when kneeling in wet grass and mud, lol. (That's not what it's meant for--it's not padded or anything--but probably what I'll use it for.) I'm very impressed with this set. Whether you're giving it as a gift, supplying yourself with everything you need for your new gardening hobby, or replacing your old well-used tools, I can't think of anything this set is missing--honestly, you couldn't buy these individual components for the price of this set--and I think every piece of it will last for many useful years.

This would be a great gift for a gardener, or just an affordable way to restock your own gardening supply. The bag is cute, but I'm sure my bag will be so dirty in no time. I do appreciate all the external pockets for tools, with elastics to hold the handles. The gloves are comfortable and will likely fit most women. The shears work quite well. I pruned my spiria for the season with no issues, and it even cut several branches that were nearly 0.5" thick. I also love that this came with a weed-pulling tool. I have one, but have been wanting to get a new one. I also really appreciate that thw trowel has measurements on it. Overall, the quality seems good, but I'll definitely update if I feel like these tools don't serve me as well as I hope.

This is a 29-piece garden set advertised as a mix of tools and plant accessories. Of the 29 items, you get 6 actual tools. The remainder is a pair of gloves, a small tarp, a carrying bag, and 20(!) plastic plant labels. So 29 pieces is a bit misleading. The tools themselves include a spade, a pruner, a hand rake, weeder, shears, and a transplanter. They are sturdy tools, with metal and wood construction (except the pruner). A decent, entry level for someone just getting into gardening.

This is an inexpensive way to have an assortment of garden tools handy, but if you are a serious gardener, buy better tools individually. The tote bag is cute, the gloves are handy, and it’s useful for the minimal gardener.
