I recently received this "Gardening Tools Hand Rake, Stainless Steel Cultivator for Digging, Aerating Soil, and Weeding, Heavy Duty Garden Tool with Hanging Hole,Gardening Gifts for Women/Men and it seems to be a very well made tool that made much quicker work out of stubborn roots than my previous tools. I'm mid-project on a flowerbed overhaul and the whole area is riddled with thorny roots that are nearly impossible to pull up without a tool. Sadly, the tools I had on hand when I first began the project failed me and the gloves I started out using were not sufficient to shield me from those relentless thorns. When I found this hand-rake, I knew I needed to order it immediately, so I did. The hand rake arrived quickly and was reasonably well packaged. The box in which it arrived has a line drawing on the exterior that I did not recognize as a gardening tool at first. It looked more like some kind of artsy sculpture, or perhaps a mechanical piece that would be part of some much larger equipment. It took opening the box and removing the rake halfway before I recognized it for what it was. Part of the confusion has to do with the drawing on the box not being a match to the item's photo in the listing. The claw is actually 4-pringed/-clawed, not 3. Not a huge deal or anything that would have made me opt to not order it, but something buyers should know ahead of time. I don't know what the circumstances would have to be for a 3-prong rake to be the ONLY tool for the job, but if that's the case, you should be advised that this hand-rake is 4-clawed. The tool itself seems well made and didn't yield to the weeds I've been battling with it. The welding seems sturdy and I'm hopeful this rake lasts me through a few seasons' worth of weed pulling. Priced at $34.27 when I placed my order, I see this hand-rake is discounted by 30% as I type this review, lowering its price to only $23.99. If you're in the market for a hand-rake, this one seems like a good option to me. Happy to recommend!

This is a High-Quality, heavy-duty garden cultivating tool. Made of stainless steel with a wooden handle, this feels sturdy and durable, like it will last a life time. I like the weight of it. The claws are sharp (I put the protecters back on to protect our dining room table to take photos), they work great in the soil. The wood handle feel good in the grip. This is a really good design to this hand tool and the value is definitely there! I love it and my husband loves it!

This is a really heavy duty cultivator tool that feels solid. The handle is a bit longer than many so it has a good reach. It is also heavier than most, so that could contribute to quicker fatigue during use. The metal doesn't look rustproof so I'll keep this clean and dry between uses.

I ordered both the hand rake and triangular trowel. The are the prettiest garden tools I've ever owned, and their functionality does not disappoint. They don't feel too heavy in hand. I don't have to use as much force with these. I had a few early weeds pop up in my flower bed. I use the triangular trowel to loosen the weed then the rake to pull it out. It was so easy. I love these tools! The iron really makes a difference. The wood handles are gorgeous. I recommend rubbing a little beeswax/oil wood conditioner in them. The wood tones did not match on the ones I received but that's really the only criticism I could give these. They are fantastic garden tools, the best I've ever owned, and I am looking forward to using them more this spring. Highly recommend!

I love this little rake. We have all bought those flimsy ones that you have to replace almost every year. This thing would probably survive the apocalypse. The metal is thick and the claws of it are sharp. I found these especially useful digging up nasty weeds and loosening up the dirt before plants my veggies. You can also use them to make channels for planting carrots.
