The media could not be loaded. I was worried that it was too big, but when I opened it and held it in my hand, I thought it was perfect for weeding and loosening my vegetables. It's perfect. Now I just need a long pole to put it on and use it. I have the long pole from the previous tool, so I don't need to buy anything extra. Did not come with a handle even though the product description says “removable handle”. I would have kept it if I could have attached another handle. When I attempted to attach a handle from another rake the rake neck area narrows and the handle I had didn’t advance far enough to be able to be screwed in. It also only has one screw hole, so not sure if anything could actually be attached if the screw can’t pass through and be secured with a bolt. When I attempted to return the trouble shooting questions were regarding the “adjustable handle” lol. I see multiple rakes like this on Amazon but it doesn’t look like they have handles. So bummed cause this seems like it would be perfect for the projects I have.
