I felt like this was okay priced at $15.13, but a True Temper 54" garden hoe is cheaper so it's kind of a trade off on getting a small hand tool and paying more than I would for it's full size counterpart. The price aside, the construction of the hoe is excellent. I love that it has a wooden handle that makes it easier to hold, and it has a hole in it for easy hanging in the garage. The construction is solid and it worked well for me in my garlic beds. I have raised garlic beds and often just use hand tools since I sit down while I work. I needed a hoe to go through and make rows, and this worked out great. The edge is sharp, but not so sharp it will cut. It does cut up weeds and plow through them, but it's safe for touching. I wore gloves since the wood handle can be tough on hands overtime. I was really impressed how sturdy this hoe was. It surpassed expectations, I'm just shocked at how expensive the price is on it. I suppose that's normal for quality hand tools since they do the same job, just on a smaller scale. ... show more

This hand spade is built to last a long time. It is made of stainless steel and wood. It feels sturdy. It is comfortable to hold. This is a comfortable size tool for pulling weeds. It extends your reach. It is sharp enough to separate the weeds from the flowers. This tool works for weeds with shallower roots, like horsetails. For weeds with deeper roots you need a garden knife. The garden knife doesn't do everything, though. You need both kinds of tools to get all the weeds. ... show more

I generally use garden trowels from the dollar store. They work fine until they hit a rock and break. I figured I’d give this more expensive trowel a try. It seems of higher quality than the cheap ones I’ve been using. The handle is comfortable, and the whole thing feels very solid. A magnet sticks to the metal. The YAPASPT Garden Tools Hand Hoe Square with Stainless Steel Blade is a nicely made hand hoe with a generous length. I use this to remove weeds from my flower beds. The smaller size gives me precise control. I wish the blade were sharper. It is very dull and even a bit rounded. I sharpened mine slightly and find that it performs much better. I like how the hoe is constructed and find that it tackles big weeds with no issues. I'm happy with it and consider this hoe a useful addition to my garden tool collection. ... show more
