The olive oil seems good. The oil has a golden color to it. I'm no expert on this. When i make marinated olives or chimichurri. It does solidify.

This is a very nice oil, the flavor is bright and grassy and has a decent level of aroma and complexity. I was spoiled on the Master Miller but the 3L is not available at this time for whatever reason. Compared with this, it’s clear the Master Miller is in a different class but this oil holds its own with a flavor that easily stands up to other world class oils. No disappointment here, but I far prefer the Master Miller.
