100% cotton, button front, medium weight, cropped cardigan. I ordered an XXL in Tuscan Red. I was torn between XL and XXL, but their sizing guide and Amazon both suggested the XXL (my bust and waist both fall at the beginning of the range for the XXL) - so I got the XXL. However now I think the XL would likely have fit better. Because as you can see in the pix it’s a little large in the armpits - giving the cardigan a little bit of a boxy look and feel about it. When clothing is oversized I feel like it looks sloppy and makes me look heavy - so I prefer for things to fit. Not tight, just more tailored. For reference I have a 46” bust and a 39” waist and the XXL I’m wearing in the pix is just a little bit too big on me. However I don’t know if the XL would have been a better fit or not - the trade offs of online shopping… But then again it is 100% cotton and (until I wash it) I have no idea if there will be shrinkage? Hopefully if it does shrink it shrinks in width and not in length - as since it’s designed as a “crop” style it’s already at about waist length to begin with and I wouldn’t want to loose more length. I like the length exactly as it is currently. Washing instructions say to wash on cold (with buttons buttoned and inside out) on delicate cycle with like colors, and lay flat to dry (honestly not sure if I’ll be doing all that beyond maybe the first time - so will let you know how it turns out). So don’t know what all this means for future possible shrinking, pilling or color fading. I will have to update about that in the future after I’ve had opportunity to wear and then need to wash it. I don’t wash cardigans every time I wear them so this could take a while. Regarding the color Tuscan Red - I wouldn’t call this “red”. Definitely more of a burgundy. Dark burgundy. Not at all what I wanted and honestly I’m not a fan. Had I known it was burgundy instead of red then I would have gotten a different color or even just black. Final note - I forgot to mark this order when checking out that I wanted it in additional outer Amazon packaging. So it showed up on my porch in only the thin clear plastic bag the manufacturer packed it in. If you’d prefer to not have yours delivered the same way… I hope this review has been helpful. I’m a long-time Gap customer. I’ve been buying clothes from them for myself and my kids for over 20 years. I’m always pleased with Gap quality and this cardigan from Gap is no exception. It came quickly, was packed well, and was nearly wrinkle free right out of the bag. I ordered a medium for a looser fit. The camel color is really great for fall and the fabric is extremely soft. I love that it’s cotton and easy to wash. My daughter wore it out today in our warm Florida weather and it’s lightweight enough that it can be worn in warm weather or transition to cooler fall temps. The quality is what I would except from Gap and the fit is great. Very pleased with this purchase!

I really liked this camel-colored sweater! The fabric is incredibly soft — it honestly feels like cashmere, but it’s washable, which makes it even better. The length is perfect — not cropped but not too long either. It’s comfortable, flattering, and easy to care for. The fit was true to size. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it!

Wow, this sweater is so soft. It isn’t as soft as the old cashmere sweaters just like these that the Gap used to sell anges ago, but this is still a really nice cardigan. I like that it’s lightweight and there aren’t any itchy bits. I sometimes wear long earrings and bulky necklaces and nothing snags on this sweater. I washed it in washing machine, but did air dry to prevent it from stretching.

This cardigan feels so nice! I don’t think it feels exactly like cashmere - it’s hard to replicate - but it comes pretty close. It’s so soft and looks very pretty, with no synthetic-looking sheen. I love the “Tuscan red” color - it’s a very flattering shade of burgundy/wine red. Fits true to size, maybe a little big- I got my normal size, medium, and it fits how I want, the bottom hitting right at the top of my hips, but if you want a more shrunken/cropped fit, size down. I hope to get a lot of wear out of it.

This Gap cropped sweater is cute and runs fairly true to size. The tuscan red color matches exactly to what's shown in the listing. It's short, but I wouldn't really call it "cropped" as it's longer that I think a cropped sweater should be. However, I'm truly disappointed because I only bought this sweater because it said that it was 100% cotton. However, it's nearly a quarter acrylic which means that this sweater is going to pill like crazy when I wash it. Definitely false advertising!

This is super soft! Well made! Timeless! And I would highly recommend it. The size medium fits me well. I generally wear a size medium. (Occasionally a size small). I'm 5'4", 133 lb and a little short-wasted. It's not overly cropped-- which is what I was hoping for :) Sleeve length is great for me. My arms are a little short-- if that's helpful for someone else... Love the beautiful color, and the fabric weight. Definitely recommended!
