These jeans fit so much better than i anticipated. Not quit skinny jeans but not quit regular fit either. Has a nice taper around the calves and the denim quality is very thick and well made. Will definitely be switching to this brand over the Levis i've been wearing and going through every 4-6 months. I am 6'1" 170lbs and ordered 32x34. The waist was looser than expected and fit more like a 33 or even 34 waist in other brands of Jeans. The legs were pretty skinny though, skinnier I was expecting for a "Slim Fit" and somewhere in between Slim and Skinny fits in most brands I've tried. Fit is excellent. Fade is good. However, pants shipped with a disgusting odor, which lingered even after first wash. Gap should seek additional processing to get rid of the chemical odor.

Recently ordered two pairs of 502 Levi's to get a straight leg with a taper from the knee to the ankle. The material on those was thin and cheap feeling. These GAP jeans fit better than the 502 (seat and thigh) and the taper to the ankle was more pronounced providing a nice clean look at the break to the shoe. The fabric feels more robust than the current crop of Levi's (502, 511, 512) that I've purchased. All the hardware (button, zippers, and rivets) are more heavy-duty than my recent Levi purchases as well. I'll definitely be buying more GAP jeans in the future. ... show more
