Nice looking and affordable polo shirt from the Gap

This is a nice looking polo shirt which you could wear with jeans for casual events or with slacks for a fancier look. My son borrowed this for a nice dinner out and he looked great. I got the navy, which particularly works well for multiple occasions. In terms of size, I got the Medium and the size and fit is good and in line with expectations for length and width. In terms of quality, this shirt looks decent with no obvious flaws. Gap is a very well known mid-range brand and this aligns well with that branding. This is great if you want a decent looking shirt that's not too expensive, so you can wear it without worrying too much about spilling something on yourself. The little Teddy Bear logo is also cute, while not being too prominent. I have not washed this yet, but it's 100% cotton, so it should wash well (but be cautious about drying too much). As with most clothes, it had some wrinkles and folds when it arrived, but I was able to quickly and easily remove those with a handheld steamer (which I highly recommend having). This shirt was on sale for less than $20 when I got it, but I think the list price is closer to $35. This is definitely a really good deal if you can get it on sale. Just a nice looking polo shirt that won't break the bank.

This is a very comfortable, good looking shirt. I cant say I've worn GAP clothing in quite some time but this is a very nice looking shirt and I'm happy to add it my wardrobe. The golden bear on the chest is a nice subtle touch that adds some style to a traditional polo. Fit: I typically wear a Large, sometimes a medium depending on the brand, and in this case I ordered a Large. The fit is fantastic, its not overly large to the point of being baggy and its not so tight to be non flattering. The fit in the shoulders and chest are just about perfect and the length is appropriate. IE, nothing dramatic shows when stretching or bending over. Material: 100% cotton and feels consistent with that. This is a textured cotton shirt and feels very comfortable when out and about. I feel like on a cooler morning you could probably play golf in this without getting too hot, but I would say this shirt is more inline with wearing to the office or going out than for physical activity. Durability: Holding up well so far. No issues upon arrival and nothing so far after a wash, dry and wear. IE, no loose threads, no fading etc. I washed on medium temp, like colors, and then the myriad of cleaners I use. Tide, Oxyclean.

I wore the GAP Men’s Bear Logo Polo or a week of casual office days. The fit is true to size and the shoulder/chest cut feels tailored without being tight. The 100% cotton fabric is soft and breathable which was comfortable all day and cool and it held its shape after multiple washes. The embroidered bear adds a subtle, preppy touch that elevates a simple polo without being flashy. Collar and placket stayed neat through wear, and sleeve length hits the mid‑bicep where I expect it. Care is easy (machine wash cold, tumble low or hang to preserve fit), and overall this is a reliable, versatile shirt that transitions well from casual to slightly dressier settings. Soft, lightweight and stylish

This polo exceeded my expectations. The pictures don’t really do it justice, it looks even better in person. Even though it’s a polo shirt, the fabric is surprisingly soft, lightweight, and very comfortable to wear. It’s perfect for hot days when you still want to look put together without feeling too warm. The quality feels great, the fit is true to size, and it has a classic, polished look. It’s also very versatile and pairs just as well with jeans or dress pants as it does with shorts, making it a great option for both casual outings and slightly more dressed-up occasions.
