This works great! There were gaps in my hardwood floor from shrinkage. As a last ditch effort, vs the time and expense of replacing my living and dining room hardwood flooring, I figured I would give this a try. This gap filler I had ordered to cover some of the spaces in between my wood floor. Once you apply it, the color seems lighter but as it dries it gets darker like the color shown originally. It takes a few hours to completely dry and it fills up the spaces once applied correctly. It is easy to use for repairs and it lasts, since after it dries it feels like cement. I do recommend some dusting and light cleaning on the area before applying, so the cement looks even and without any residue after it dries. ... show more

This stuff is cool! Horrific mess! Painful to use! But did what I needed it to do. My house is 160 years old and was pretty terribly flipped in 2016. The floors were not installed correctly, but they work. Some areas in certain rooms have CRAZY gaps that crap falls into and it drives me insane. This sounded like the safest thing to use regarding wood swelling and shifting. This is not that great for deep gaps. I was using it for a damaged wood floor. It's possible it was too deep ? I do believe it is good for small gaps.
