NOT cotton. This jelly roll was supposed to be cotton, but most of the fabric was a slippery, textured poly-rayon blend. This fabric is shiny and slippery, and some of it feels like it was meant for outdoor-only use. NOT washed. This fabric was NOT pre washed - it bled fabric dye all over my ironing board. Whoever cut this did a terrible job. Some of it is unusable to me and I am forced to buy different fabric as I need it now. Will not buy again.
