ASSEMBLY So easy a child could do it. if they had big arms. Directions were clear, parts were all there plus spare parts. I had to unscrew a few bolts and put them back in but it's all working as it should. In total took me about 15 minutes. FUNCTIONALITY Simple standard chair functions. Up, down, lock, and lean back. all functions as they should. On the hardwood floor, the caster wheels might slip a little but that is to be expected. The armrests are plastic with leather tops and are quite nice. COMFORT The seat, backrest, and armrests are awesome. It's quite comfortable all around. I really like the lather and padding they used in the chair and feel like it will be good for years to come. I'm most excited that the seat is a little bigger than standard office chairs. I like to cross my legs on my chair and this works just fine. My only complaint is that I wish the backrest was a bit higher so I could rest my head on it. Overall, it's a comfortable, sturdy, and well-made chair that was effortless to assemble.

All of my office chairs are sinking and the cushions are flat as cardboard. I've been looking for one that had a thick cushion that could take 8+ daily hours of sitting. This chair doesn't have a thick seat cushion but it is really comfortable! It comes in a small but heavy box. It was easy to put together, however, the hex wrench that comes with it makes it harder than it should be. To make this a painless build, be sure to have a cordless screwdriver and a good set of hex shanks. It will take about 15 mins with a cordless screwdriver and about 30 mins by hand. The wheels on this really glide, just be careful when you go to sit in it. It has the smoothest glide of any chair I have ever had. It does not have lumbar support but I prefer it that way. I'd rather have an adjustable cushion so I can get it where I need for my back. Overall it's a really nice chair for the money.

Received the chair packaged really well. That’s one of things I look for with big items. Nothing was warped, broken, or squished. Once everything was removed from the box and I was able to assemble the chair in 20 minutes. Instructions were super simple and easy to understand. After everything was assembled, I sat and immediately loved how comfortable the chair is. Most other office chairs either tend to be too upright where your back and legs are too straight, or the back of the chair leans back too much when in the first position. This chair is perfect. The first upright position is just right. Does not bend back too much nor feel like I’m on a plastic chair. The material is great and super comfortable. I love the design and the padding. The only reason why I took one star away is due to the back part (pictured), was not glued all the way. It sticks out a bit and I will have to adjust, but aside from that, this chair is great.

This has easily been one of the easiest chairs I've gotten to assemble, all the parts fit together without issue and nothing was too heavy/bulky or oddly angled to need another hand for it. It feels much sturdier than I expected for this size, it's not overpadded but it's decently soft. The neck is a bit short, if you're around 6' you won't have any support from it. It's like it was built with shorter people in mind, but the height is set up too high by default for anybody under 5'4 to sit in without extra pressure on their knees. Still comfortable than any of the alternatives we have at the moment though, and it's one of the better quality chairs I've come across even compared to stuff in stores right now. If you don't need neck support for leaning your head back, this is a great chair.

My 14 yr daughter assembled this one within 30 mins by herself. She did have a little trouble with one or two plastic caps (to visually cover the screw heads), but she had no troubles otherwise. So, thumbs up on easy assembly. The chair is sturdy enough. I don't know if I'd recommend it to anyone much over 160 lbs, but it's definitely great for everything underneath. It rolls well and smoothly. The raising and lowering of the chair is also no problem and raises high enough for my son, who is 5'11''. But he already uses the highest setting. It is comfy with a wide area between the arms. The arms don't move, but are comfortable and padded. The material is easy to clean and wipe off. My daughter has been using it all week for her studies and loves it.

This is a nice chair. Almost had a panic attack when I thought there were no instructions included in the box…but found the booklet tucked inside the plastic around the seat cushion. Whew! With those it was pretty easy to assemble, the only tricky part is attaching the back at the last step without having a helper to hold it in place. But it is doable. All the parts were included (as they should be, of course) with a few extras just in case. No extra tools are required. So far, although it’s only been a few hours, the chairs seems comfortable and sturdy. The cushions on the arm rests are a nice touch which adds to the comfort (my last chair, which this is replacing, did not have cushions on the arm rests). Overall I like this chair and seems worth the regular asking price. I would recommend it!

This chair went together well (12 bolts) and easily and I have no complaints with it as an occasional office chair. I'd spend more for a better chair if I worked from home all the time, but I just work a day or two now and then, so this works well enough. It is a simple chair without excessive padding or lumbar or other support. I appreciate the firm seating area and the fixed armrests that attached the back to the seat. This is replacing a chair where the back snapped off where it attached to the seat - I think this chair is going to be better structurally. The chair goes up and down and tilts, as a whole, back and that's it. That's enough for me as more complications just make it more confusing. The chair is decent looking although there are some asymmetries (note the bottom of the opening in the back) that indicate manufacturing standards aren't the highest.
