It's a mouse pad that stays in place, feels like it's made from quality materials, covers my entire desk area, and has made my computing experience much more enjoyable. As an audio engineer, sound reflections have tremendous negative impact on critical listening conditions. This pad (although perhaps not designed for this purpose) has eliminated most - if not all - sound reflections that were coming from my desk surface. The material feels durable and substantial. The rubber bottom is typical of most high-quality mouse pads, so it stays in place but doesn't make the pad feel stiff and rigid. The surface material feels soft and pliable, but not squishy and bouncy which is bad for fast mouse movement. The surface textile is smooth and lets the mouse move freely but also has a level of traction so the mouse doesn't go flying off the desk. I use this mouse pad for a range of applications from daily computing, image manipulation, audio editing/mastering, video editing, and gaming. This mouse pad has been suitable for every one of them. And it feels better to have my wrists resting on a soft pad rather than the cold wood material of the desk (like the difference walking barefoot on carpet makes versus walking on concrete or tile floors). I've only had this a couple months now and cannot yet vouch for longevity or to see how long it stand up to daily computer use over time. But so far this has been the best mouse pad I've ever used and, for the great price point, I'd buy it again! Great value for the money! Highly recommend!

Bought this for my HUANUO Electric Standing, 71 x 35 inch desk. It fits PERFECTLY for me as the extra L inches protects the walls and the parts of the desk that rub up against items. It's soft, my mouse glides like butter on it. No pictures, no rgb, there's nothing on it, it is basic black - if that's your vibe, go for it. It looks so nice & the edges are stitched.

Update 12/28/22 My older pad is still going strong. Got a new one (Topographic pattern) for Christmas as a gift. I’ll be using both of them as I have an L-shaped desk. Love these. I cleaned my old one multiple times and Dawn detergent and a gentle brush. Always comes out looking new. Update 5/31/22 I've had this since February '21 and use it everyday for work. It started to get dirty from heavy use and I was thinking I would need to buy another one. However, I took some general purchase household cleaner and scrubbed it gently (but well) using small brush with soft bristles, then hosed it off and let it dry in the sun. This thing looks almost new now. Getting another one for my other desk! The picture with the laptop is after cleaning it. The first picture with the large monitor is from Feb '21 ---------------------------------- This thing is well made, comfortable, and perfect for what I was looking for. I just built a new desk and was concerned about scratching the finish. This not only protects the desk, but provides a nice large surface for my mouse. We'll see how it lasts, but for now, I'm completely satisfied. Better than I expected.

This is actually a really good mousepad. Feels great and my mouse glides great. The only thing is that the wavy pattern isn't matte black, it has a tint of grey to it which isn't necessarily bad but it isn't really black.
