Currently as we speak dealing with the bullet refusing to turn off and stay off, buttons stopped working entirely and the charger nearly melted (caught it on the first smell of burning plastic, other reviews show this thing can literally catch fire and melt?). According to other reviews, this is a consistent problem. It just stops and starts running on its own and refuses to cooperate or work safely. Do not buy, extremely poor quality, not enjoyable at all with the problems it has, noise level and power would be adequate for discretion if it would stop going off nonstop in the drawer and drawing so much power from the outlet as to genuinely damage it
