I absolutely love this toy and even had one prior that was made by a different company but made of a hard-plastic. This one is made much better, is softer and is a quality product I would definitely buy again. Here’s a bit more information about the product: * The length of the full item is 8 inches but the actual insertable length is approximately 6.5 inches (technically, you could use all 8 inches but that would not be advisable). At its largest part on the top, the girth is 5 inches around or 1.5 inches when measured from side to side. All of these measurements have been verified as accurate. * Has 12 vibration speeds with good, strong power. * Uses a USB cord with an end that goes into the device, rather than magnets. (My preference is magnets as they are 100% waterproof). Charges quickly, however. * The ON button is easy to find and since it only has one button, it is easy to operate. * Because of the slight curvature at the end of the toy, it hits a woman’s particular special spot easily. * The item does not have a chemical type smell. * The item is made well with a high-quality silicone, durable and smooth (in that there are no sharp edges or anything that could cause harm). * It is very firm (my personal choice is firm toys for insertion). * Has an instruction booklet but is very limited in information. Overall, this is a wonderful product that I recommend as it hits just the right spot. The only downside was that it did not have a travel lock position but I would still give this product a 5-star rating.

The item itself has been pretty good, I've heard no complaints from my partner. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is the hidden charging port suddenly cannot fit the jack. I suspect some small plastic pieces have come loose inside the port and are blocking the jack from being able to seat properly and charge. I also don't recall the black plastic ring being so bulged on the jack. It's almost like the plastic fused with another ring inside the port and then when it was removed it pulled that ring out with it. Either way I can't get inside it to try and fix it or see what's going on so this is just speculation and a replacement would be half the cost of a new item so I'll likely just buy a different one. No complaints about the toy itself just the charging port and the provided jack.
