Terrible! I purchased this product in March and it only charged one time. Now it will not charge at all. I was in a live chat and they let me know I could not exchange it. Customer service was terrible and now I am left with a kids quad that does not work!

My child just turned 6 and really wanted a new fourwheeler (the last one gave out after 3yr of use) so I did a lot of research and comparing to find the best one for his age. This was it! This thing is awesome. He's 6yo, 4'1 and 50lbs. I love the seat in the back has a back rest and handles. He has given his sister a ride, he's given his cousin (5yo 45lb) a ride, heck, I even hopped on this thing and rode it around (100lb). It has two speeds, reverse, forward, working hazard lights, working headlights and taillights, beeps when reversing. It has some songs on it, has a plug in to connect to a phone. It also came with elbow and knee pads. A remote to control it (3 speeds, drive and reverse. This works great for the younger kids who can't quite steer or don't know when to stop). It lasted several days on a full battery. The seat is a thick rubber, so much nicer and comfortable than plastic. Assembly took about 30ish minutes. Its the perfect size for 5+ year old. It drives through grass, dirt, gravel with ease. My son even ran a basketball over and it just plowed right over it. If you are looking for something that can fit your older child, or two smaller children, and last more than a year, buy this! I only gave it 4 stars because after a week of delivery and riding, it not longer will hold a charge. I hsve been in contact with seller to get this resolved.

It is what you'd expect from a Chinese 4 wheeler. Get what you pay for. Mine arrived broken in 2 places. Nothing that keeps it from being used but still. Missing a washer and nut too from the steering column bottom.

Cheap seat hooks for front of seat (plastick) Broke off durring assembly. Foreward and reverse buttons cheap and sometimes works and sometimes dosent. Machine appears good just the small things are cheaply made. I will have to build a bracket for the front of the seat. Maybe after its engages a couple times the buttons will work better. Overall 3.5. But wheels are nice being ev tires and the seat being fake leather is nice. The factory assembled a back part to the seat so advice. 1. Put seat assembly on the bike before you put the upright seat back part on. Thats how I broke the front seat plastic brackets.
