I am 6', 230 lbs. I went with an XL. The fit is good, and not to tight or loose. My only compliant is the length ( I wear a 36x32 jean), the length is about 2" longer than I'd like. Not bad if wearing sneakers, but going barefoot, they could be shorter. I bought the black (really wish they'd offer in a speckled heather grey), and I get compliments on them all the time. Quality is excellent, and material is of medium weight. Not too thin, definitely not thick like a fleece. Will be buying in more colors.

I ordered a white color and it matches the rest of the white shirts from other brands. So the color is universal. Fit and length is good. For less than average height people it can be a bit too lengthy. Thickness is decent, I will recommend you wear anything other than white inside to feel comfortable. White pockets are visible which is bummer. Wrinkle free to a good extent unless you leave it in dryer for long time. Waist string didn’t match the pants color and is sore in the eye. Worth a buy!

Pants fit as advertised. Light weight enough to workout at gym, or outside in Texas weather. Love the pockets and length of pants for my 6-1" height. Price is great!. Better than paying $45 - $65.00 for pants that don't offer as much as these.

Apparently there are two versions of the same pants. The more expensive version has a back zipped pockets but it is a big downgrade without the two front hand pockets which the less expensive version has. The size is also a bit weird. I am returning it

I use these pants daily. I use these as scrub bottoms at work on a regular basis. They are softer and more comfortable than most scrub bottoms. Also, great for just lounging around in. Zip up pockets for keeping things secure, black & grey color is just what I was looking for.
