I was pleased with the heart/birthstone necklace from G&G jewelers. I thought the pendant was a nice size and the stone was a beautiful color. The pendant is such that you can remove it and put on a longer or thicker chain. I think it is a lovely, thoughtful upscale gift for anyone that loves jewelry. Just don't forget to take care of your jewelry. Don't expose it to harsh chemicals such as hairspray or perfume. Those things will diminish the sparkle and shine and sometimes will discolor the silver. The polishing cloth included is not a cleaner. Honestly, it was a bit bigger than I had anticipated but never the less, it still looks great. The gem is vibrant and shiny, the metal does look dull at all. I would say the chain is a bit thin but I do believe that is a bit of a personal preference. In the end though, this necklace is great as a gift or even for oneself as a little treat. ... show more
