The product itself came in a box protected in plastic & foam wrapped padding. The bike comes 90% assembled. You'll need to attach the tires, seat, Handlebars & Front splash guards, all takes around 15-20 mins. The tires may need to be inflated. The bike comes with a battery charger that has conflicting instructions. Please note, The LED light on the charging brick is the correct light to reference for a complete charge. The charger light will go from a red/orange color while charging, to a solid green when charged & ready to be unplugged. Please dont reference the battery's built in charge meter while charging. A full charge takes 3-6 hours to complete. Also note, the cable that comes with the charging brick is for Chinese & EU plugs. I've attached an image of the correct cable you may already have on hand. If you dont, please purchase a cable with this inset end. All in all, this bike is pretty neat! I've only ridden it twice, but its a great affordable E-bike! ... show more

This a really nice looking E-bike, the only problem is, I haven't been able to use it because it is not working properly due to battery problem; will further rate If seller ever helps resolve problem. 😕

Received bike , assembled , plugged in battery to charge and the charger light stays green ALL the time even though the battery is not charged.. So is the battery bad? or the charger? or both.. Needless to say the bike will not turn on. Hopefully the seller , or the manufacturer , or amazon will help me resolve this.. It's very frustrating to Have a BRAND NEW item that is defective before you can even use it.. Otherwise the bike seems to be of average to good quality, of course none of that will matter if they wont stand behind their product.... To be continued. Update; Still NO replacement battery/charger even though seller , and g-force agreed parts were defective. They ask for frame/motor/order numbers, then after a week or so you inquire as when to expect delivery, their response, we have to order the part and cannot confirm when or if it will ship at this time, & other various excuses. I then contacted Amazon, they suggested a full refund claim and contacted the seller, sellers response, Batteries are "very good special item" and hard to get. So now Ive had this "fine" e-bike sitting gathering dust for about a month , mocking me for this sucker purchase. UPDATE; Seller STILL has not sent me a replacement battery , they cannot even provide a tracking number . They blame the factory in China, the moon , the stars, etc, etc. AMAZON was ZERO HELP I Strongly advise you NOT to purchase this bike! It looks like they are dumping defective bikes w/ defective batteries and selling them on AMAZON since they realize AMAZON will not enforce any culpability.. ... show more

The charger cord has a foreign plug that won't work in American outlets. [ Edit: Changing the plug, it was easy. You need a two prong non polarized replacement, I got mine at Home depot. ] Assembly was easy enough in spite of the manual not having pictures to go by. It's not rocket science. the bike came with all the tools needed for the job which was a pleasant surprise . The gears are spot on and disk brakes are nominal, a preliminary shakedown cruise while the battery charges. down the cull de sac and back gears shifted smooth and the brakes performed like a champ. At this time I'm waiting for the battery to fully charge. I finally got the hang of the control interface and went for a spin under full power and it's a delightful ride. Now I need to find a nice long stretch of road where I can really wind this bad boy out and see what it can do. [edit to add] the tires really hold the mud. I don't believe I've ever had a bike whose tires pick up so much mud I had to hose off the treads. ... show more

    • The bike doesn't turn on.

So far, the bike does not turn on. The battery charged, but all it does right now is acts as a very large capacity phone charger (theres a USB port on the side for charging devices on the go). It seems likke it maybe a wiring issue. I sent a message to the seller, hopefully they get back to me. It's an awfully expensive purchase to recieve and it doesn't work.     • Battery will not take charge
Bike arrived within a week , put together what had to be assembled and tried to charge the battery according to directions which will not charge. I apparently have a defective battery! Can I get a replacement battery?

    • Do not use this company!!!!!! Terrible terrible quality and terrible service!!!
The bike flipped over the first time we used it. My son was hurt and the company says there’s nothing wrong with the bike!!! Never using this company again.
