- MOST IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: The nylon lock nuts feel tight by hand but aren't hold each nut with a wrench/pliers and turn the screw with a screwdriver until snug. Tighten the wheel bolt firmly so the wheel spins freely without wobble, and re-check all bolts before every use. Each lock nut goes on the very END of its screw (the last piece, never in the gap between parts) press the parts together and push the screw all the way through first.
