The fabric is more like a microfiber, but that pile is a little higher in the pile does have a grain direction so it does show fingerprints like a velvet. It does have a little bit of a sheen, but not a tacky one. It is not lined and there is A pretty tall him at the top but because it's the slide on pole type, it's not very high in that part. It's very slinky fabric, not very much stiffness to it. The fabric is probably one of the prettier ones that I've seen from Amazon because of the slight sheen, but the color wasn't right for me. It's a dark green, but it's not that dark. It's a straight forward, hunter, green, more on the warmer side not too cold. I also prefer it to be lined and have tabs in the back, but it's lacking that, and no buckram either.

I love these curtains! They are a beautiful color (I got the yellow gold one) they are super soft and they do really well at blocking light. I’m about to order a third pair. The price is great too.

I was looking for that 70s vintage olive/gold colored curtains. (The color everyone hates) These are perfect! I was so shocked and excited that these are the right color and made well! They're not 100% light blocking, but I'd say a good 80%. I was nervous they would look off with my green walls, but mostly the color would be off. 10/10 *chef's kiss* Totally recommend.

I wanted to get a more vintage looking curtain for my living room, and these were absolutely perfect. They block out light really well and the material is beautiful. They’re a bit wrinkly when you unfold them, you can iron them from the backside but that didn’t completely remove all of the wrinkles although I don’t mind too much.

I brought more as so for the color only. They’re definitely wrinkled lol. And not the the perfect blackout curtains, but I didn’t order them for those reasons, so I don’t care. But, if you’re ordering them for that, don’t do it lol. I love them though, they’re pretty, the perfect color, and soft!
