Had an inflatable snake for years but did not display it in the garden last spring. My mistake. Here comes Buddy the woodchuck. Damn him. Fought him all summer long. So this year I'm suitably armed. Snakes all over the yard. And shared one with a friend with a chuck problem. Who knows? Maybe Buddy turned out to be lunch for the resident fox and it's not the snakes working their magic.. I bought these for my pool to keep the Iguanas out. They did just the trick! They're large and durable, haven't had a problem with them yet! They're life like too, the design is clearly printed and the little tongue is a nice touch.

I can't believe this actually worked, but I tied one of these snakes to my tomato plants and I have not lost a single tomato to birds ever since! I have a second snake on the ground near my strawberry plants and I seem to be losing fewer of those to pests as well. I'm glad I tried these before wasting time placing a fence around my garden. ... show more

These are great, especially for the price! We put them in the pool as part of our Halloween decor. If I let myself, I’d probably order 2 more sets of 3 snakes to really make them stand out more ... but I’m trying to be good. We also have a large floating pumpkin and a skeleton floating on top of a raft. They lose one star for putting the inflation point on top of the snake rather than on the bottom. In my first pic you’ll see what I mean. The photos they show don’t make that clear and it’s slightly misleading. Not a huge deal but a design flaw that is aesthetically strange. ... show more

    • Used to scare away ducks in the pool!
We used these in combination with an owl to keep away ducks from the pool. It worked!

    • Good while it lasted
These seems great, sadly two of the three no longer stay inflated. They lasted only a couple of weeks. However, they keep the ducks out of the pool until they flew further North!

    • Need Air Compressor or Pump to Inflate
These inflatables had to be filled with an air compressor pump, but there were no leaks or punctures. There are 2 flaps on the side where you can attach a string or small yard stake, depending on what you are using it for. I put narrow metal rods to anchor mine in the ground near the porch. Unfortunately, these have not warded off any rodent pests --or any other pests, for that matter. ... show more
