This product has been planned down to the last inch. When the box came, I had no idea a console table was in it. On opening, the parts were packed tightly with cunningly designed foam inserts. Seeing all the parts emerge was intriguing. The key thing is the top comes in three separate identical parts, which makes putting everything in such a small box possible. I had not realised the shelves were netting. I expected the worst, as I have had bad experiences with other products of this type, but to my surprise everything fitted together well and there was only one part that needed a little coaxing to fit with another. Once constructed, the console table was incredibly light and could be lifted into place without the least difficulty. I gave my wife a choice of this or an L-shaped shelving system I had built, and she chose this at once. As it is so narrow, it fitted well into the limited room beside the bed, and was well suited to the small items my wife likes to have at arms length. She is now putting small fabric containers on the shelves, creating an impromptu chest of drawers in a modern minimalist style that has cost us next to nothing compared to the alternatives. If you want a dramatic piece of real wood to polish and fuss over, this is not for you. But if you want something to do a job, look pleasant and cost very little, get one of these. The media could not be loaded. Pros: • This table took about an hour to put together and was a very straightforward process. • It is very lightweight, but nice and slim which is what I needed for my small space. • The shelves are sturdy and can hold larger objects • Furniture is great for organization and has massively improved our entryway space Cons: • The drawers are fabric and not super sturdy so you have to be slow and careful while pulling them out. (video attached) • The top wood piece is actually three pieces and the grain does not line up. This doesn’t bother me but if you’re a perfectionist it may bother you. When this arrived, I thought there was no way this small box was the full size table I ordered. The fabrication was pretty clever. The adjustable feet on each leg were a nice added feature. Assembly isn't hard. The parts, pieces, bits and bobs are labeled well, and the instructions are easy to follow. Includes all hardware and tools you'll need. It took me about an hour - but then I was doing a bit, then doing something else, then going back to assembly. All total, it would probably take about 30 minutes to assemble. Fit and finish was surprisingly good. Some holes didn't line up the best and, at the same time, I was amazed at how well some pieces were manufactured. The two-piece top (real wood) is the only obvious clue that this is not a custom piece of furniture. The drawers are fabric and the fronts are printed fiberboard, but they look exactly like real wood. Fooled me. The parts come well protected with foam and they corners of the wood top pieces were protected by hard plastic corner forms. The size is pretty good. Opened the box and glimpsed inside (ominous), glanced at the instruction booklet and quickly closed it back up. This needed a few things in place before unleashing the contents onto the floor (headphones, for sure). Floor real estate, two small plates or bowls for hardware, scissors to cut open the hardware bags, some dedicated time and focus, and tunes, lots of tunes. The process involved an hour-and-a-half of assembly with components organized and sprawled out onto the kitchen floor. The manual gives clear instructions (drawings). Everything lined up (mostly), all hardware was supplied (with a couple extras). I have this resting on carpet, and it’s up against a wall and anchored. I would anchor it no matter the flooring, the dimensions (and physics) kinda require it. The bottoms of the drawers are pretty solid and can hold a reasonable weight without sagging, but the drawers don’t slide out level and angle sharply, so stuff slides. It’s remarkable that the drawer faces do look like wood (well, veneered wood), especially in low light, but actually is a print on textured fabric. The metal pieces (lots of ‘em) are of a thinner and lighter nature, but feel up to the task. The two veneer tops look nice enough and have that intentional messy rustic look, although the boards did attach slightly crossways and are slightly uneven in the center (no matter the configuration I tried). I do like the vibe this entryway table gives off. It’s not high-end or without its imperfections, but the smaller dimensions allowed it to fit in this finicky tight space, and it’s serving a good function for me right now while being much easier on the eyes than the crates. ... show more

If they would ship it in a bigger box the tables quality would be way better, noting lines up on both of the bottom of the racks and the the top wood doesn't sit flush. The instructions are are up side down and are not helpful at all
