The claim that it would provide flexible movement and effortless maneuverability was fulfilled by their product. The five wheels provided me with more stability and made it easier for me to handle turns and places that were restricted in space availability. A firm base was created for the furniture by the carbon steel panel, which resulted in a secure grasp and eliminated any worries about the structural integrity of the furniture while it was being shipped. The fact that it can easily support up to 3,300 pounds is a testament to the robust construction of this product. Not only did this build trust in its performance, but it also made it possible for me to utilize it for a collection of different pieces of furniture, which made it a flexible option for objects that are both heavy and expansive. Suddenly, the work that seemed to be very difficult turned out to be quite simple. These dollies come in a 4 pack each with 5 wheels. It also comes with the lifting crow bar, 4 risers and 5 rubber pads. Upon actual use I have noticed a few issues. First, more wheels is not always better. The bearings in the casters are very sloppy and must be oiled. Even then they do not always move well together and drift. The wheels are made of a durable hard rubber and don't mar your floor. Second, the tops of the dollies are not flat but indented and the 4 rubber pieces that cover the caster bolts are not uniform and each one sits different so your furniture item does not sit flat on the dolly making it sloppy and can chip veneered surfaces. The included rubber pads are too thin and don't contact the item being moved very well. The lifting crowbar is a nice touch and works pretty well for appliances and desks etc. Overall great idea but needs fine tuning.

The idea of levering up a heavy object so as to get a dolly under it, so you can move it on wheels instead of by carrying, makes perfect sense. But the popular design approach, as seen here, is to use very-small-wheeled casters that go entirely under the dolly. Much of the time, and especially if the floor is at all dirty or rough-surfaced, it's hard to move very-small-wheeled casters with a heavy load on them. They tend to stop against small bumps, and you end up having to at least partly lift the heavy object you're moving so as to get the dolly to move over the bump. The concept here came from traditional piano leg dollies. They however traditionally have a heavier-gauge steel "pan", with a well or depression for the piano leg to set into, and raised "ears" to which much-larger-wheeled casters are mounted. The larger-wheeled casters allow easy movement. I picked up this inexpensive product to see if it would be adequate for adding movement capability for a heavy object in my workshop. Because of the very small casters and the workshop-typical floor condition, it's not. This product might be OK for users that have smooth clean floors, and need to move items that aren't very heavy.

The media could not be loaded. These are excellent low height dollies. I tested this to move a 400 lb loaded workbench on a concrete floor. I needed to use the furniture lifter, on top of the raised blocks to lift the workbench and slide the wheels aka casters underneath. LOAD: Dollies are typically rated at lbs per dolly, but the 3300 lb maximum load in the description is for all 4 dollies combined. - 3300 lbs / 4 dollies = 825 lbs/dolly - each dolly has 5 wheels, so 825 lbs/5 wheels = 165 lbs/wheel - I’m skeptical: 3300 lbs using 4 dollies? 3300 lbs is approximately the weight of a Toyota Camry or Honda Accord! ! If you intend to move something close to that weight don’t put your fingers under the dolly! - In my test, the 400 lb workbench was a piece of cake. No problems. If the seller showed pics moving 3000+ lbs with these dollies I'd give it a 6 star rating. LIFTER: I was nervous the lifter would bend or buckle but I had no problems. The extra leverage allowed me to lift the workbench with 1 hand, while putting the casters in place with the other hand. In the 3rd pic I show how the lifter had to much wiggle room on top of the blocks. I removed the bolt through the wheels and added a washer between each of the wheels to widen them a bit to help keep them from rolling off the block. It was a 3 minute adjustment; I just wanted to add a bit more safety. It didn't change my rating; if you're handy and cautious, add the washers, but if you're careful, you won't need to do this. RUBBER WHEELS: The wheels are hard rubber. These will roll best across a hard surface such as stone, concrete, or laminate floor, and harder to roll across a rug, linoleum or soft tile. The more weight carried on the dollies, the more the rubber will flatten, and the harder it will be to roll. I had no problem moving 400 lbs. If you’re trying to move a 3000 lb car . . . . . . . The 1st pic shows how I'm going to use a the furniture lifter, and put blocks on the dollies to lift the workbench. The video shows it in action. NOTE: I placed the dollies between the workbench legs, and not under the legs, because I need to insert shims under each leg to permanently raise the height. Ignore this. Most users would use 4 dollies; one under each leg. The placement of my dollies did not affect the performance nor my review opinion.
