Easy to put on the furniture where needed and I did not use the pins that came in the packaging to secure the panels. But….time will tell because my cat is smart so that’s why a 4 star rating for now. As you'd expect, I got these to protect my couch from my cats who love to scratch furniture. They were easy to stick to my couch and are still hanging up just find today. I personally don't use the couch clips that come with them out of fear of damaging my couch, but that would allow them to stay on even better (though they stay on fine by their own). ... show more

we dont have a cat but we do have a recently mobile 18 month old who likes to destroy all my stuff haha. these peel and stick protectors were super easy to apply literally just peel and stick and they were on pretty good. you can adjust them if you place them incorrectly but just try not to do it too many times to keep the adhesive strong. it does come with reinforcing push pins but i didnt find them necessary. my couch is like a linen material and i think they will work great for avoiding stains from snacks, dirty hands, or spills or any kind. they are noticeable because they look like shiny plastic but that doesnt bother me much. they stick to themselves veryyyyy strongly so id recommend overlapping the panels so that they are extremely secure but on that. note make sure you dont accidentally let it fold on itself because unsticking it is very hard and damages the panel a bit. ... show more

Trying to save a chair from my cat’s claws so I bought this to try. I applied as directed and two panels fell off as I was applying others. Now other panels are lifting and they’ve been on not quite 2 hours. I don’t want to use the pins because the cats will find them attractive and that worries me in more ways than one.
