Great desk for people with small living space (ONLY GOOD FOR SMALL LIVING SPACES)

I live in a camper, so I’m limited in space. This desk fits perfectly in the back corner of the camper. I can tuck my computer to the side and use the laptop when needed. I absolutely love the drawers it comes with. It’s great for storage. Please keep in mind, this is a rather small desk. If you live in a full size house, this is going to be rather small for your liking. Pros: small, compact, relatively easy to build (instructions could be better), tons of storage, clean and slick look. Cons: - not that sturdy. It’s fine if it’s pressed up against a wall like mine is, and if it’s on carpet. But if you were to put this on a hard floor, I don’t think you’d like this at all. It’s a very light desk and you could probably scoot this thing across the floor unintentionally. -It’s very small. Would be better as a kids desk. However, in my use case, this desk is perfect because I live in a camper. -not much leg room under the desk. Sure, your legs will fit, but you won’t be able to spread your legs a lot. -nowhere to comfortably put a computer. Putting it on the desk would take up too much space. And if you put it where your legs would go, then there goes your leg room. 🎵 All in all, it’s just another br- All in all, I’m personally rating it 5 stars only because for my specific use case, it’s the perfect desk. I cannot fit a full size desk in this camper. And this desk fits the bill. If you are very limited on living space, this desk is absolutely perfect for your needs; as long as you’re planning on putting this on carpet. Hard floor is a no go with this. If you live in an actual house, you may not like this. The desk is rather small. Would be better used as a kids desk, but if you really needed to, it is a functional desk. Just don’t go crazy on it because it is just particle board.

Great desk for laptop and kid games

Have bought several other Furinno products and was not disappointed with this. Really well made. All the pre-drilled holes were within tolerance and did not have to drill any extra. All the parts were present and fit. The instructions are not great but do work. It took about 45 minutes to put together. Works great for grandson's small computer set up. Holds an old style 24 pin monitor (heavier than newer ones) and keyboard and laptop. Nice to have the drawers and despite being mostly cardboard/cloth work well holding small items. Makes the grandson's bedroom much more organized.

With side shelves for my laptop and notebooks, plus those handy bin drawers for cables and pens, it promised to tame my clutter without overwhelming my tiny office nook. After a month of daily use—through Zoom marathons and late-night study sessions—here’s my straight-shooter take. The Good: Sleek Design, Smart Storage, and Surprisingly Sturdy for the Price This desk nails the “less is more” aesthetic—clean lines in a warm espresso that blends seamlessly with my IKEA-heavy setup, without looking cheap. At 39.4 inches wide, 19.6 inches deep, and 41.3 inches tall, it’s a godsend for small spaces like dorms or apartments; my old bulky desk hogged twice the room.  The side shelves are genius for stacking a monitor, books, or that ever-growing pile of mail, and the two non-woven fabric bins (one on each side) swallow up odds and ends like a black hole for desk junk—cords, sticky notes, you name it.  Assembly took me about 30 minutes solo, with clear(ish) pictogram instructions and all hardware labeled (though I double-checked screws to avoid the horror stories). Made from Malaysian-sourced composite wood with recycled PVC tubes, it’s got that eco-friendly edge—no off-gassing smells, and it feels solid once put together, holding my 15-inch laptop, external drive, and a lamp without a wobble.  For the cost, it’s a steal—functional, stylish, and way better than those flimsy Walmart particleboard nightmares I’ve regretted before. The Not-So-Good: Assembly Quirks and Minor Stability Gripes It’s not all rainbows. The instructions are picture-only and could use more hand-holding; I had to YouTube a quick unboxing to align the bins properly, and one cam lock was a tad stubborn, requiring some elbow grease. Not terrible for the price

Out of the box: -Cheap materials. More than one part was chipped, presumably during shipping, but not severely enough to affect function or be really noticeable after assembly. -Some parts were missing. I was short one wooden dowel and an entire pack of small nails. Luckily, the missing dowel didn't make much difference and I had my own nails. I would not have wanted to wait several more days with all those small pieces laying in my floor, so as long as I was able to work with what I had, I did not bother requesting a replacement. This means I unfortunately can't comment on customer service in that regard. Assembly: -Took much longer than predicted by the instruction leaflet, which was a bit unclear in places. Multiple pieces with same name do not get separate mentions in the instructions, for example. -Got very awkward and difficult at times to hold certain pieces in place while screwing things in. Highly recommended to use a power drill/driver and have a second person around, unless you're an octopus. Size: -Make sure you read the dimensions before purchasing. This thing is small! There is just enough room for my desk chair to slide underneath it when not in use. I'm not a large person, so I found it to be the perfect size for my needs, but if you need an area wider than that of a typical office chair, or you need to stretch your legs out in front of you, you may find this desk pretty cramped. -I placed mine in front of the window. It's not much longer than a single standard window's width, narrow enough that I can easily reach over it to access the window, and short enough that it sits just beneath the height of the sill. I don't have to worry about having trouble opening/shutting the window like I might with a taller or deeper desk. Storage space: -The desk may be small, but I find that there is plenty of room in the drawers for whatever I might need. -The additional shelf space on the side of the desk leaves me with plenty of options. Sturdiness: -Despite the cheapness of materials, it has held up well so far to what I would consider normal use. I can store things in/on it, sit at it to read/write, and lean on it a bit without any signs of wobbling or breakage anywhere. My 13-lb cat jumps on and off it all day long and it doesn't so much as jiggle or slide out of place. If you want something small and affordable and don't mind the hassle of assembly, you could certainly do worse for the money. I would probably recommend checking your local thrift store first, but if you need to buy a desk, this one arrived quickly and will do the job just fine... as long as you have all the right tools.

Amazing desk if you buy/install L shape supports

Bought this desk for my girlfriend to play my old 3070 rig on. The desk only took about 30 minutes to build. I got mine on a Black Friday sale for less than $40 so I decided to take the risk. The instructions were not as bad as people say. My girlfriend and I did it no problem. I would recommend buying some L-shaped brackets for the desk and installing them on the plastic pillars, as well as the middle section of the desk for extra support. Make sure to buy the 1/2 inch flat head screws for the brackets. When I completed the desk without the L-shaped brackets, it definitely felt wobbly. I installed the L-shaped brackets and it is really sturdy now. The l shape supports run for $10 at your local home-improvement store. It did take some time to install but with a drill and some common sense it was well worth it. The instructions say no more than 20lbs but with my addition, it can definitely hold much more. Very happy with my purchase for all under $50.

It’s so bad I want to give it a zero but I can’t so I’ll give it a one

I wish I could give this a zero, but I can only give it a one. First things first the box arrived damaged and taped up like if it been opened before. Than I opened it up and saw the material it was the least durable and cheapest material. The tools inside came damaged. The box was heavy despite the materials being so light in a bad way. The appearance was cheap like the one of those old doll houses. This was not worth the money , please spend a little more for something better.
