I’ve seen mixed reviews as well as people complaining so I figured to jump in on the discussion. For the price it cost I am completely satisfied with this desk. The size is perfect to fit in a small space and has good amount of desk, and shelf space to get the job done. Some of the screw holes didn’t line up so it forced me to improvise on the assembly. Other than that everything came very well packaged, no messy styrofoam, or chips in the wood. It’s a bit thin and wobbles a bit, but definitely will get the job done and is worth the price. If your looking for a long term desk or something for multiple monitors I wouldn’t suggest this one, but if your a student or looking for good workspace to get things done then this is well worth it. I can see myself eventually reinforcing the wood and screws, but you get what you pay for. It gives a nice smooth look to the room and nice space to work on a computer and use a notebook at the same time.

Super easy to put together. It’s not huge but it was perfect for a small sewing table. I would buy it again. If you are looking at it for an every day desk. For me it’s a little small but I would buy it for my teen or even a kids room. It’s actually quite sturdy great little but.

Nice cheap desk (good for students)

TLDR; this desk is great if you’re on a budget, have a small space, and don’t need it to last a long time, but be careful when assembling as the boards are very flimsy. I am a student living in a small apartment so this desk works well for what I needed. It was delivered in a little less than a month even though it said it could take up to two months to deliver, which I appreciated because desks are hard to find right now. It fits perfectly in the corner of my room and has enough space to hold all my things. However, it’s cheaply made so be VERY careful with everything when putting it together. One of the pegs connecting a leg with the top of the desk wouldn’t go all the way in, and when we pushed the piece down the peg on the other side pushed right through the top of the desk! We were able to flatten out the dent and I stuck some of the provided stickers on top of it to hide it though so it shouldn’t be too noticeable. I don’t expect this desk to last me more than a year or two, especially not if I have to move it to a different apartment.

I got this desk to upgrade from a cheapo walmart dorm desk that they no longer sell that had enough room for a laptop and mouse pretty much. I had already moved on from a laptop to a desktop I had built myself and a nice 27" monitor. This desk provided plenty of space for that. But soon I had needed a second monitor, and an xlr microphone over the usb mic I had been using, and finally I felt I had no room for a drawing tablet so... it's time to move on. This sounds like I'm talking it down but keep in mind what the tipping point was before I decided this desk no longer fit my needs: there's a mid-sized desktop, 2 monitors (both on an arm), a full sized keyboard along with the other desktop peripherals, an xlr audio mixer/preamp (the mic is on a boom arm), a switch oled, and a stream deck on this desk. But I had neglected my drawing tablet for too long now. This desk is still standing, I'm not replacing it from failure and putting it together wasn't that bad, I just need something bigger now. I see this desk has dropped by nearly half price since buying it, so I hope if you need a nice little L-shaped desk and don't need to house a ton of equipment like I do that you'll give this one some consideration.

Honestly it’s a pretty desk, spacious too and bigger than i thought. Assembly was not that easy to do all by myself. However I will say there’s lots of chips on it, definitely not aesthetic and the absolute mess the styrofoam made was horrid. When all is done tho it seems sturdy. Also it is pretty heavy.

Disappointed

Ok. So first of all let me say I am basically a pro at assembling anything. Everyone calls me for help in these kinds of situations. With that said, let start with the packaging. This box was literally filled with broken styrofoam pieces. All I could do was chuckle at how insane it was. Think of your kid taking a styrofoam pieces and crumbling it into pieces, leaving some larger pieces and just and entire mess to clean up. Yeah, that’s what it was stuffed with. HUGE MESS! Whatever, I got passed that and just figured I’d be finding random styrofoam around the house for the next year. No biggie. Then comes assembly. The instructions are very clear, no problem. This was going to be an easy assembly. Boy was I wrong. The holes do not match up to the other parts holes correctly. The screws literally just fell out of desk as I was working on another part of it. When they did match up to the holes on one side, the other side didn’t, which ended up making the screws completely rip out of the top (decorative) part. When I thought the nightmare was over and I go to flip it over, tons more screws came out again and the ‘L’ part of the desk was slightly crooked 😂. I can’t help but laugh hysterically at how awful this product is. I now have to go get screws that will actually fit into it and not fall out, and try to jimmy the L of it and make it stay in place with add on holes I’ll have to screw in. And hopefully that will work. Who knows if this thing will actually hold anything on it 😂. Very disappointed. I’m a single mom with a low paying job which I’m working on building up, which is why I needed the desk in the first place and it took me a year to save up enough to get even this one. I’m desperate at this point so I’m hoping it will at least hold my computer on it and get me by for now.

Pffft man not required!

This is how every self built furniture should come!! I always dread having to build my own furniture. I get pissy and impatient and God forbid if I ask my man to help. Each different type of screw, nails, ect. come in their own clearly marked bag with a number on it. The instructions make it clear and baby step it. I HATE when instructions try to jumble in a bunch of steps at once. The boards are clearly marked. All in all it took me half an hour to put together. By the way I put it together sick with a fever so what's that tell you! Now I do have one complaint, but lucky it works out for me so I'm OK with it. The one long main side its not finished around the border. Leaving it with that unattractive rough wood look. I have it up against the wall so I don't see it, but if I chose to move the desk any other way it probably would irritate me. No I didn't put it together wrong you can see it's a manufacturing error. Anywaysssss love love love it!
