This vest is well-made and easy to use. Works great! The design allows for a large power bank to be carried easily inside it. I like to wear it under a waterproof outer shell. The vest is warm by itself but not too warm so you can wear it on a cool day and have the heaters as backup if it turns really cold. I took it on a four-hour ride and still had juice left over afterward. I stayed nice and toasty the whole time. I barely notice the elements or wires inside the vest when I am just wearing it. My main reason for purchase was to use it while snow blowing my driveway. I have a long sleave shirt, then this heated vest, then a light jacket. Saved having to buy a full heated jacket! I like the look, material and feel of the best. However, I powered it on max and thirty minutes in I was still shivering. I am not sure why people have been rating this vest so high, I was expecting the hottest setting to really heat up but was waiting and waiting and left disappointed, the hot never really got warmer than what I expected the low to be. I tried it layered over a hoodie and again over just a long sleeve and the heat was just not that warm. Temperature was 55 degrees. Super disappointed. ... show more

Description: The “Funpro” heated vest has 3 zones and 8 heating elements. Each zone can be adjusted using the controller located on the exterior chest area to turn them on or off and to set 3 temperature ranges. The 3 pockets have zippers for both security and keeping cold air out. The vest has a fleece lining and an outer water-resistant shell made of polyester. I recommend you order the next size up to accommodate layering and body girth. Review: The materials and design make the vest both attractive and warm. Even with the heat turned off, the vest blocks the wind and insulates your core temperature. With a power bank plugged in and stored in an interior zippered pocket, you need only press the center controller button to energize the heating elements. The color of each zone designates its temperature. Red is the hottest, then green and blue. The controller is easy to operate even while wearing the vest. It will take some time to feel the heat, especially if you have layers underneath. A check of the temperature range showed about a 20 degree difference between each of the 3 heat settings. As of this review, the outside weather has been mild, limiting my testing of its heating capacity. With all 3 heating zones on high (red), the 10k power bank lasted for 3.5 hours. The only negative issue I found was that the chest heating elements are located too high to provide heat to the front pockets. If you need the extra warmth that a heated vest provides, I recommend you consider this one. ... show more
