This is an excellent alternative to the Bowflex brand. It looks almost identical, adjusts the same and has the feel of a quality product. Recommend pushing down on the bar when adjusting the weight to make it easier to turn the dial. Don't have to push much, but it does seem to make it easier. Saved quite a bit buying this set and highly recommended.

These were great until one of the plates on one of the 44lb setting started to continually fall off in the middle of working out. It's now too dangerous to use these in the 44lb setting, so now I basically have a 33lb weight. These are definitely more cheaply made than the name-brand alternatives, so use at your own risk. UPDATE: The screws on the outside of the weights at either end will loosen over time, causing a space between the last plates and the end cap. When this happens, the end plates on the 44lb setting can fall out. MAKE SURE TO TIGHTEN THOSE SCREWS PERIODICALLY or risk plates flying when you lift.

I loved the convenience and organization of this product. It was simple to use; however, the when placing the weight back in the holder the inner blue clips broke. The quality is poor for the amount of money spent.

I wanted to leave a review for everyone out there searching for the best bang for your buck. I looked at every single manufacture (nordic, bowflex, etc) and these work absolutely fabulously. No weights dropping, easy adjustments between weights. I would suggest this for sure. It’s a good mid grade product for those who don’t want to break the bank or break a toe.

Very nice adjustable dumbells, they are very easy to use, the range of weights are just perfect and are within the range I mostly lift at the gym, it can be easy-adjust from 6.6lbs to 44lbs per dumbbell, Someone maybe wants a heavier weight, but It will be perfect for most people. The only con I can find is that sometimes the base sticks when trying to pick up the full 44lbs, but is very good quality, smooth twisting motion to select your desired weight. VERY glad I got this instead of the over-priced name brands!
