BUYER BEWARE! I am very upset with this purchase! I bought this 25 foot Marshmallow Man in April of this year so I knew I could have it in time for Halloween (due to the supply chain issues). I put him up for about 20 minutes when I received him to make sure he worked. He did and I took him down and stored him until this month. I put him up again and one evening (three days later) I heard a popping sound. I went outside and he was starting to roll across the front yard. Turns out the anchor points for the tethers tore out of both sides creating a 1 foot hole and a 5 foot hole. The tether also tore out of one of the feet. I was very upset with this and expressed concern to the company. They said there wasn’t a lot they could do as I purchased it in April. They gave me a 20% refund. I accepted this and did my best to sew up the tears, replace the tethers and added three more tether points as there are not nearly enough of them on this large inflatable. I had to try to save my purchase. This took hours to complete. So, I put him up again and he wasn’t even fully inflated and another 5-6 foot hole tore in him (not where any of the repairs were placed). I have written another email to the company but not have received any response. Now, I am stuck paying for something that doesn’t even work. The seams are poorly sewn by the manufacturer, one seam of stitching on each seam. There are not nearly enough tethers on something this large. When it tore, it didn’t just tear at the seams, it tore into the fabric. I have been in tears over this and am so unhappy. I really thought this company would stand behind their products and now I cannot even get a response. For reference, I have a 21 foot cat and a 16 foot inflatable pumpkin (made by another manufacturer) that have done fine when inflated with no issues. I am out a great deal of money with nothing to show for it. I have many people that are so disappointed that they cannot see the Marshmallow Man! I never leave bad reviews but I am so sad and upset and I don’t want anyone to go through the same thing. I am extremely disappointed and let down. UPDATE: The company responded and said there was nothing they can do. I don’t believe this to be true. How can a company not stand behind their products? I sewed the newest tear up and tried to inflate him. He then started to rip in 5 different areas around him. Also, the light he had in his head fell down into his left foot. I will be reporting this incident, defective product, and lack of help from the company to the BBB and Amazon.

Happy with product, one hole noted thus far. Not enough tie downs (4 for sides only). 4 stakes for feet. Was hoping to leave outside but maybe just for nice days- too much work if so :(

The media could not be loaded. Nice size,and quality is ok..put a tear in knee 2nd time up from too much weight.? At five hundred plus tax I expect good seams.

I purchased one of these a year ago. I was very excited. The material is VERY thin and the seams are poorly constructed with no reinforcement. Within a few days, the stakes at the feet had ripped and there were small holes requiring duct tape to plug. Ok, no big deal. It is a massive inflatable. Anyways, we go thru the Halloween season last year with the periodic small tear requiring repair. By the end of a month of placement I had probably patched 5-6 small holes. Some as large as a piece of paper. No big deal. The kids loved it. The neighborhood loved it. I kept fixing it. On Halloween night we had a wind storm. It was quite windy. I did not deflate. Big mistake. It had a final rip that was approx 6 feet long. Totally my fault. Heartbroken. I convinced my wife to buy another and we did so the next day. We've now got $1200 sunk into marshmallow inflatables. I keep him boxed up. Open him up early last week. Install to the EXACT instructions. Immediately, the same problem with the stakes at the feet happen AGAIN. Small patches. I message the company and they basically tell me to go fly a kite. I eat it. Patch him again. No biggie. I come home today... another large tear has happened. This one is quite difficult to patch and now it is once again cosmetically displeasing. And I'm in the same routine and the company doesn't care. Pros: When its up, its awesome. Easy to install. Cons: Shoddy material and construction. Poor customer support Very pricy for such a poorly made product. Requires lots of maintenance. Wind is a big issue. If money isn't an issue, buy 3 of them. If i'm ever a millionaire, I will. If you have to do repairs like I do, flex tape works the best. Not duct tape. Flex tape seals to the fabric well. Overall I love the appeal and idea of a ridiculously large inflatable but wish it was made better considering its price.

Stay Puft is huge, and was the talk of our neighborhood. Unfortunately he only lasted 5 days before several seams tore open in a very light breeze, one that only flutters the leaves in the trees. The material is extremely thin which concerned me from the beginning, I have other large blow ups and the material is 2-3 times heavier. He only has 2 tie downs on his mid section and a couple at his feet, one ripped off by me staking him down. His hands were also sewn on backwards so quality control not a high priority with this company. If the material wasn’t so lightweight and sewn together with light thread I’d buy him again. We are really bummed out about Stay Puft, because everyone that saw him loved him.
